Alright so I used good dye young’s blue and i want pink and it’s been a NIGHTMARE to get out :( I tried bleach bath, bleaching, and the baking soda method and nothings worked. Bleaching got it lighter but not even close enough for pink to go over it. And I have fine hair so the amount of hair masks I’ve had to use due to my hair being SUPER dry from these processes is exhausting. I’m gonna be trying vitamin c tomorrow wish me luck 🥲
@@Lisa-qo2mw unfortunately it did not. I forgot that I had originally dyed it blue with ion and then put good dye young blue on top so that’s my fault (the ion was permanent and good dye young was semi) what I ended up doing was putting pink on top and rocking purple for a while. Then once the purple faded I bleached again and got it to a light enough blue for a different color
@@rosedeboe60 yikes, yeah ion is a pain to remove, I used ion magenta and it stained my hair years ago 😭 and I was so impatient to get it out I dyed it black I used ion red and it was a pain to get out but I manage to get it back to blonde I suggest if your hair is like close to blonde but has a hint of mint blue, ion color remover might work or vitamin c
@@rosedeboe60 what about color oops? I used joico color remover on my blue hair and i got it out however I used Arctic Fox dye which is pretty easy to get out
Baking soda purple shampoo 10 vol develop dish washing soap first shampoo then soap then vol then baking soda consistently should be a little bit runny and not to thick
Mix baking soda with dish soap, a cleansing shampoo and 10 or 20 cream developer. Apply all over hair and leave for about 30-45 minutes or till it gets to your desired colour, it may take less time so check it every 15 minutes after application Rinse well and I recommend conditioning afterwards. You can repeat the process or do a bleach bath with bleach, developer, shampoo and water if there is stubborn hair colour that won't come out. Even though I'm not the uploader I hope I was able to help!
I used BS. Dawn soap, lemon juice, & vinegar. Put your head over the sink cuz when the vinegar hits the BS... Whoosh!! It expands like a volcano & you better have your eyes covered. I did this over the sink & in the shower.
Soooo I did this cause I had pink and blue and only the pink came out nowy hair is teal. I've done a bleach bath multiple times and nope not helping. Please help I want orange 🥺

The 10 volume is going to do the same and bleach it is what opens the hair cuticle. The developer will lighten the hair.
7:30 what further processes/ treatments did you do to get that result please?
How did you remove the blue to get it blonde in written steps please. Cheers

Well after it was still light turquoise how did you get it to be more blond?
I love the color it came out do you think if I do this it will make my blue light like yours cause I’m obsessed
Does this work for permanent hair colour too? I want to strip old colour to get an even colour all over
how did you get it to the end result?
I was wondering the same
Can u use purple conditioner is it the same thing

did you get it out if so what did you use?? im in the same boat
Would 30 volume developer work………….
Yea but it's more damaging..
so did you end up doing the treatment again? like is that how you got back to blonde?
I did it again but it didn’t work that much so I did a vitamin C treatment. The vitamins with shampoo and that did the difference.
Can I use cheap shampoo if I don't have purple shampoo?
I'd say yes. Any shampoo that is more cleansing should work like a head and shoulder or clarifying shampoo
Do you have to use the purple shampoo
Why do all of this instead of just doing a bleach wash? You would of had way less damage than doing baking soda over and over again
Because bleach can cause the color to be brighter by pushing the molecules deeper into the root of the hair.
baking soda just dries out the hair really it’s not that bad
3:30 🙄
Love it!🥰

can i use 15 vol developer?
