Thank you so much Dr Nthusi for representing us well. It’s quite true that medical students go through what I i’d term as hell and we always have expectations by the end of it all to see heaven. The life of a medical student is not just an ordinary campus life. The investment, level of discipline to always ensure you’re motivated and graduate is something only a medical student who’s gone through the system will live to explain. You’re not undermining any profession but you’re well within your own terms to speak for us. You articulated well our issues and just to add onto it, we have a young nation comprised of hungry and young medical students who wants to serve this nation and steer our health care to much more greater heights. We dream of a best healthcare system in Africa. Only way to this being a reality is by the government and the public treating us right by ensuring we retain our own Kenyan Doctors. We want to stay in Kenya, we want to serve Kenyans, we want to give back to the people who took us to school. BUT we’re also on the watch out on how this government wants to treat us.
