Very interesting to hear your take on this. I'll have to see if I can do a poetry version. I don't read much narrative poetry so coming up with a Pawn has me a little stumped.

Castling is a move yes😂 I like Graham Greene, especially his silly books, I would recommend Travels With My Aunt. The Spire is new to me, sounds interesting. I have one of those Jacques books because I liked the cover but it isn't the first one. I have The Alteration too but haven't read that yet. Love the tenant of wildfell hall. Thanks for doing the tag!
I would suggest a double bill of The Spire and The Alteration - both brilliant stories.
