Harrison Ford returns to the role of the legendary hero archaeologist for this highly anticipated final installment of the iconic franchise-- a big, globe-trotting, rip-roaring cinematic adventure. Starring along with Ford are Phoebe Waller-Bridge (“Fleabag”), Antonio Banderas (“Pain and Glory”), John Rhys-Davies (Raiders of the Lost Ark), Shaunette Renée Wilson (“Black Panther”), Thomas Kretschmann (“Das Boot”), Toby Jones (“Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy”), Boyd Holbrook (“Logan”), Olivier Richters (“Black Widow”), Ethann Isidore (“Mortel”) and Mads Mikkelsen (“Another Round”). Directed by James Mangold (“Ford v Ferrari,” “Logan”) and written by Jez Butterworth & John-Henry Butterworth and David Koepp and James Mangold, based on characters created by George Lucas and Philip Kaufman, the film is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel, with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas serving as executive producers. John Williams, who has scored each Indy adventure since the original Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981, has once again composed the score.

Give ‘em hell Indiana Jones!! ✊🏻😀
Seeing Harrison genuinely happy and excited about returning as Indy is just so wholesome.
Its so adorable!
The only role he doesn’t hate 😌 it’s welcomed seeing him excited. ❤
@@BarberJ95 He didnt really hate Deckard either I don't think..
Meh…
The guy is just another over rated leftist stooge..
He is just glad it’s over, why are you ok with Lucasfilm denigrating, negating and emasculating said characters, examples see Han, Luke, Vader, Obi wan, now Jones-all which is clear as a corporate agenda for these legacy character to be cucked by a op female insert character. And as a film goes the overuse of cgi, horrible writing-see Helena telling us how awesome she is in tuk tuk chase not showing us is clearly a problem, as well as killing established legacy characters to move the plot forward rather than just give us another serialized episode is completely not in keeping with Spielbergs Lucas vision.
seeing Ke say only Harrison could play Indy just warms my heart 😊
I Agree Going To The Best New Movie Ever 🍿🍿
He should’ve returned as short round
@@tonyleidyiii1652 true
@@colefonseca1030 it would’ve been great to see him back as short round
I never thought we'd get a 5th. To have it with Harrison is all I could ever ask for.
I would be hyped for it if they haven’t taken forever
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Dysentery
It was so bad, so god awfully boring. Nothing happens in the entire movie to make it feel like an Indiana Jones movie. It was so bad it made me question why I ever cared about the Indiana Jones character in the first place. The fleabag was more shoehorned into the script than Mutt was in the last pseudo Indy movie.
The CGI for the younger Indy was pretty good, and by that I mean the face but, it's very jarring to hear old man Harrison Ford's raspy voice coming out of the younger Indiana Jones. No digital.chicanery was done to the voice to make it sound younger.
As the trailer informed us that theft was merely capitalism, I like a good capitalist, watched a pirated copy of the film, and it was such an abomination I still feel I deserve a refund.
*Warning* this movie may cause depression and thoughts of suicide. Parental supervision, and professional therapy is advised.
@@fedup5651 It's definitely not in league with Raiders/Temple/Crusade...but really, nothing ever will be.
Gods, you're right though. The tone is sort of depressing. Like, the theme of Raiders is this serious/straight eerie movie, Temple is dark, then Crusade goes for a lighter/humorful motif. Skull also leans more into humor and "legacy".
This one had the tone of gut punch from Pat Roach. Like...I can't say I hated it, but it just...it really made me sad.
a depressed, sad, self loathing weak Indiana Jones. If depression has a name it is Indiana Jones.
@@fedup5651 I agree except for CGI for young indy was awful, it looked like a character that escaped from a PS3 game. They tried to hide with rain and darkness but it completely failed.
Indiana Jones had a massive impact on me growing up. Forever one of my favorite characters in cinema.
Prepare to be disappointed then. Indiana Jones is my favorite movie franchise of all, how i love watching the originals on a lazy Sunday. This thing they just put out is not an Indiana Jones movie.

He sounded like his self from the 80’s there 🥲
15 Years was worth the wait for this final adventure!
I hope one day Indiana Jones nephew will get his own movie so we can follow in his uncle’s footsteps
Harrison Ford, Steven Spielberg and John Williams: the heart of indiana Jones ❤
This will be the first movie I see on opening night since Avengers Endgame. I seriously can't even believe that we are actually getting a new Indiana Jones movie. Never thought it would happen again. Can't wait!
The last Thursday night showing I went to was Star Wars Rise of Skywalker
With literally everything being that is a franchise or just something nostalgia; remade, rebooted or just dragged on, you seriously thought there wouldn’t be another Indiana jones?
@@denzelcooper3153well it’s been in development hell for 15 years so a lot of people didn’t think it was gonna happen
I cant´t believe that I´m going to see for the first time my favourite hero in the cinemas! I waited for this moment my entire life!
Me too, buddy
This will be my second time seeing a new original adventure. I was only 13 years old when I saw Crystal Skull in theathers. 😊😊😉
And this trash is what you get.😂
I'm sad for you kids.
@@Nicolas-we1ji Hi, there. 🙂
And yes me too. Although many years later I saw the 3rd movie in the cinema of the German movie museum but that doesn´t count. Wanted to watch the 4th one in the movies but it didn´t happen.
Dial of Destiny is my first Indiana Jones movie in cinemas too 😊
I hope there’s a lot of good visual jokes like in the first movie. I loved the little details in it like how Brody steals Indy’s apple on the desk and the villain looking like he’s bout to beat Marion with nunchucks but he just turns it into a coat hanger 😂
I did see a set video of Indy trying to beat someone with a protest sign that's had the peace symbol on it.
I'm so hyped for the new one. After Crystal Skull, I was looking for news on a fifth movie for ages. We heard nothing but rumours for so long and I'd almost given up on ever seeing a new film. Hope this ends up leading to more games, shows, books, comics like we got in the past. I'm kinda tired of Star Wars but I could always go for more Indy
Bethesda are making an Indy game, should be coming next year :)
same man same, I cant wait for bethesdas indy game!!
I’m more of a Star Wars fan than I am of Indy
Indiana Jones is one of those movies I saw growing up. Which got me a college degree in filmmaking. Nearly have a finished Indy Cosplay as well.

So excited for Indy 5. Been following the franchise since I was in secondary school. No one plays Indiana Jones better than the legendary Harrison Ford.
I've seen the movie, it's genuinely excellent.
He is Indy!!
The reviews and critics have had they say about the film but it's better for you to have your own final Indiana Jones adventure experience.
Homely it will be a good one.
I saw the film last weekend and thought it was just okay. The only thing that I enjoyed about the film was of course Harrison Ford. But Im one of those people who didn’t like what they put his character through , it reminded me of what they did to Han Solo before he died.
I was cautiously optimistic, but when that trailer came in December, I was pumped. Now I'm beyond pumped. You can feel the love everyone has for it.
I hope you are right. I don’t think you are, but I’m happy to be wrong.
There are early screenings for it some people have already seen it and so far everyone that has seen it says it good it’s probably the best one since temple of doom

@@visualsinfilm98 I want it to be a success I love Indy and have my whole entire life. I just know not to have any expectations on this being any near what Indy was when I was a child in the 1980’s it can’t possibly be by the story’s design alone but I do want it to succeed sadly tho I don’t think with this film’s budget that’s ballooned to epic proportions can be a success

This is gonna be Johns William's last major score. He's gonna bring his absolute best.
I hope they release all the INDY scores in complete editions. And finally Crystal Skull and the new film on vinyl.

No, he went back on that retirement announcement. He's going to keep going until he's dead or senile.
@@thed3rpykitty He initially said he was retiring from film scores in general after Indy 5, but went back on that a little while ago.
I honestly hope not.
I never knew Disney and Paramount Pictures involved in this latest Indiana Jones movie. They co-produced Popeye (1980) and Dragonslayer (1981). Disney and Paramount Pictures are great partners.
I grew up watching this with my dad and now I’m going to watch the last one I’m so excited
People are slating Kathy but she gave a talented director, James Mangold, a huge budget to make this and it's down to him if it didn't work.

I’m so excited for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny I have grown up on this franchise. I have been waiting for this adventure all of my life since after Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
I feel sorry for you in that case.
Harrison Ford thank you for the excellent films 🤠
I loved "Raiders of The Lost Arc" and "...The Last Crusdae." They are the best of the series. I liked seeing the relationship between Indy and his dad (Sean Connery). It was a fractured relationship, but they loved each other. I can't wait to see this!
God please let this be good, let this remind me of the 4 movies I grew up watching
At least we know Harrison Ford is more proud of this role than when he was Han Solo.
Everybody knew that for decades

A billion dollar box office
No you don't.
This is going to be the last time for Harrison Ford to play Indiana Jones and it's going to be very sad
The perfect action adventure trilogy ended with the hero riding off into the sunset in 1989. Lucas miscalculated with switching genres (50’s sci fi B - movies) in 2008 and pushing beyond believability as established by the trilogy…. and now this iteration is poised to lose money (legit outlets projecting, initial Cannes reaction, and now advance screening reactions). Action has a name, it’s the Indiana Jones trilogy and it has a hallowed place on my shelf. Indications are I will never pay to see this - and I feel bad for Harrison on this, he deserves better writing.
Despite the noise of the Negative Nancys out there I am going to see this because, if anything, it's going to be a last fun ride for sure.
0:48 so Ke Huy is actually in the movie after all? Even if it's just a cameo, I'm super happy about that!
