This team was requested by ImFangzBro on UA-cam.
The request was to use a team of Starter Pokémon with earthy types (Grass, Rock, Ground, Steel). This could include starters from the DPPt demo and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon.

PBR requests are closed during March. Somewhere in April they are likely to re-open.

So, I didn't realize Wooper was a PMD starter. But it is indeed a starter, even if it's from a PMD game that never got localized in English. You found a valid interpretation of the rules that I hadn't considered, so that was a pleasant surprise.
