- Thank you to @dadandsonchasincards for bringing this to my attention! 2021-22 Upper Deck Series 2 Hockey Fat Packs have a massive exploit to fix! Almost every fat pack that has a security tag at the front contained a Young Guns card and defied the odds! Hopefully Upper Deck gets this right next time around and fixes this!

I have open 29 security tag packs and got 27 young guns and I hit all the big guys except Raymond.
Ran across 6 packs at Walmart and grabbed the one with the security tag. Sure enough, had a young gun! Thanks sir!

Opened 8 today, got Mercer, Byfield, Newhook and 5 lesser YGs. Buying out all my local Walmarts, lol.

I got one of these security tag fat packs in a secondary market repack box from “The Fairfield Company” at Target the other day and to my surprise it had a Young Gun. Didn’t realize at the time I guess.

Similar to Donruss basketball fat packs. But with those u can see through the back and see if the laser rookie is in it. Nothing to do with the tag. The laser rookie is always the last card

Hey sorry this doesn't work, I thought I found that out like 2-3 weeks ago but wasted money on 5 fat packs with security tags and got zero Young Guns.

This is NOT 100% true. I bought three fat packs with security tags this afternoon. One YG and two canvas cards in my packs. They’ve probably updated their packs already.
It’s canvas or young guns cards in the security tag packs. I’ve done it with 5 more fat packs all had young guns
It still works. They didnt fix 2021-22 series 2. Ive opened 16 this week. 14 YGs, 1 YG Canvas, and a UD Canvas
That's a big who gives a crap for me. Maybe if it was basketball or football.
I found a gold refractor out of topps by doing this
Next time you do this read every single card or don't do it at all that's cheating
