The British alone have started training 10,000 Ukrainian soldiers. If all NATO members trained at least one battalion each (1000 men) that would be at least 25 Battalions of disciplined, motivated men against a demoralized and unmotivated Russian rabble.
@@markelder9058 There's a group of 225 Canadians coming to the UK to train some more too. Ukrainian artillery gets to train with Germans and their gun barrels are serviced in Romania, Slovakia & Czechia. This is the new European Union to kick Russia's ass.

There's a food crisis getting worse every day that affects specially the third world (I live in a Latin American country), also some totalitarian governments are taking advantage of world's attention over Ukraine to make their own wars, such as Turkey, Armenia-Azerbaijan, China, etc

Thank you for sharing these frank conversations between Russian soldiers and the folks at home. They are sad to listen to, knowing that there is only one solution for their difficult situation. Pack the equipment, turn their vehicles around, and go back to Russia. This situation is never going to get better for the Russians, and it will get worse.

Good for Ukraine. That’s how to deal with bullies. You hit them back and regardless of what happens or who wins the bully knows that they’re going to have to pay for their actions. They don’t wanna pay so they leave you alone
Except in this scenario, the bully does have the capability of killing you and everyone you know. It won't end well for them, obviously, but that's not much comfort if you're dead. Comparing war with a nuclear state like Russia is absolutely incomparable to a playground bully, the comparison is worthless.
Also, this example assumes that the "bully" is a rational actor that'll stop once they've had enough. What happens if they don't have enough? If they simply don't care about the wounds they're receiving? Tens of thousands of Russian soldiers are dead already, that's obviously not enough seeing as they're trying to throw even more meat into the grinder. People are being sent to the front with only a few days of training, does that sound like the kind of government that cares if they lose 10,000 or even 100,000 more men so long as they accomplish their goals? If they see this war as an existential struggle, at least for the top leadership, than no you can't just punch the bully in the nose and then he'll leave you alone.
When you invade someone home. You will pay dearly with your lives.
That soldier on the call might have a better chance of saving his own life if he and his comrades kill their own officers. It’s just going to get worse for them as the Ukrainians train more fresh troops and get more and better weapons from their Allies.

The trouble is that civilian Russians have no reliable information sources. Even eyewitness accounts by returned combatants are biased by the combatant's experiences. Facts are among the first casualties in a war. The Russian government does not report losses to its own people. Soft pedaling losses is pretty much SOP for any government in a war. But even there, you get some interesting disjunctions. Usually a govern under-reports its own military losses (Russia not reporting them at all unless it can't be helped, like the loss of the Mockva), and exaggerate the opponent's losses. Now, we are seeing low ball "intelligence" estimates of Russian losses from European sources, apparently middle of the road estimates from Ukraine, and the highest loss estimates from the US. The latter might be "marketing." The HIMARS system and the M777 155 mm artillery are apparently making very impressive records.

Love that, "battalions fall, battalions fall." Horrendous losses. Can't advance or retreat to better positions. Surrounded. Even if you do break through there's hundreds of small squads that have been camping out along supply lines just WAITING for a column of tanks or supply vehicles.
