This is Caeser's main downside for my money, because even though she's fun, she makes my Neko lose out on like 60% dmg and 20% combat attack. Caeser's fun though, and her animations feel good. I like Caeser's grouping, and as a Dark Souls player, I'm a sucker for a sword and board + I think her parry feels badass. In my specific team where I run Neko+Piper and spam their enhanced skills to make them both pseudo-onfielders, I like that Ceaser can let me get to Piper's faster spin state without getting staggered, so I can switch off to Neko to get that off-field damage. Again, it's giga shit on by having no quick assists and therefore relying on actual dodges (and losing out on uptime after chain attacks that Nicole or Lucy doesn't struggle from), but it sure can be feel like a lot of fun. I can cope by saying dodging on Piper is a waste of dps, and not getting to the enhanced spin can be a loss for Piper's buff uptime. I literally couldn't care less that Caesar's straight because her character is pretty one-dimensional and throwaway anyway. I didn't pull her without a plan though. I have 90 pulls saved up for my queen Burnice already and I'm only getting more. When Burnice just stands there going :D I think that I can go on for another day.

You know that Caesar buffs your team with 1k of attack and 30% physical attack bonus not only that she act more like a impact char then a defense on IDK if she better say Qingyu and her stun damage multiplier boost but I wouldn't call her us less, plus she good on a lot teams setups like Jane, Corrin, Piper and Billy teams. but hey at the end of the day it your money so spend it why you what it.

And look at zhongli's usage rate in version 5.0, oh right its higher than every version 1.0 - 2.0 limited dps combined he's like top 3 in usage rate, a version 1 character btw. Sure zhongli doest give as much buffs as limited support characters like kazuha, but the fact that he makes 1 side brainless/way more comfortable is valuable.
Caesar is mid, doesn´t even look that hot (Zhu Yuan and Jane waaaay better), has a boring kit. I tested her and almost uninstalled the game because it made me question if ZZZ devs Homoverse even know how to make fun games anymore.
@@ReiseLukas I have fun with very few of the characters. Uninstalled the game on release (got Soldier 76, thrash ass character), and installed again with Jane Doe and I enjoy playing with her, Seth and Anby.
TBH, Caesar is a God given Agent to mobile phone players which is i believe the majority of the player base because it's soo hard to play on mobile, Caesar make our life not a little but medium more easier..
