    明天就是母亲节了,做了超清爽的“芒果果冻蛋糕卷”给妈妈,我家人一口气就要吃完整粒蛋糕了~用了原味戚风蛋糕为体。趁现在是芒果季节,内部卷入芒果淡奶油糖霜和鲜芒果片。还采用更多新鲜芒果和火龙果搭配,给蛋糕卷裹上一层布满芒果花型的透视柠檬果冻层,特别吸睛又疗愈。切开来, 可以看到内部也有花型芒果片,层次分明的橙白金黄色叠放,松软戚风蛋糕片,搭配蓬松轻盈芒果奶油糖霜,QQ弹弹柠檬香果冻,多汁新鲜芒果火龙果,口感超丰富爽口,清爽不腻。
    收藏方式:做好收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却3-5天,取决于水果本身可以存放多久。
    Tomorrow is Mother’s Day, made super refreshing "Mango Jelly Swiss Roll Cake" for my mum. My family almost ate the whole cake in one sitting~ Original chiffon cake is used as cake base. While now is mango season, mango whipped cream frosting and fresh mango slices are rolled within. Also used more fresh mango and dragon fruit to match, wrap cake roll with see-through lemon jelly layer covered with mango flowers, particularly eye-catching and therapeutic. Cut open, flower-shaped mango slices are revealed within, clear layers of orange, white and golden stacks, soft fluffy chiffon cake slices, light mango whipped cream frosting, QQ bouncy lemon-flavored jelly, juicy fresh mango and dragon fruit, super rich texture, so refreshing.
    Storage Method: Keep in airtight container and chill in normal fridge for 3-5 days, depends on how long the fruit can last.
    ♦Ingredients 材料
    =Mango Lemon Jelly 芒果柠檬果冻=
    75g Cold Water 冷水
    15g Gelatine Powder 吉利丁粉
    194g Hot Water 热水 (60C)
    75g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    9g Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed, Sifted) 柠檬汁 (鲜榨, 过筛)
    Enough Fresh Mango Slices 足够 芒果片(3mm)
    Enough Fresh Dragon Fruit Slices 足够 火龙果片(3mm)
    =Chiffon Cake 戚风蛋糕= (29cm x 26.5cm x H.3cm Baking Tray长方烤盘)

    60g Vegetable Oil 植物油
    60g Milk (Room Temperature) 牛奶 (室温)
    2g Vanilla Extract 香草精
    72g Egg Yolks 蛋黄
    80g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
    2g Salt 盐
    150g Egg Whites 蛋白
    2g Cream of Tartar/Lemon Juice/White Vinegar 塔塔粉/柠檬汁/白醋
    80g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    (Preheated Oven 175C: 18-20minutes) (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
    (预热烤箱 175c: 18-20分钟) (上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)

    200g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold) 动物性淡奶油 (冷)
    20g Caster Sugar 细砂糖

    Indeed you bake beautiful cakes..however just a feedback.
    You often say, on the aircon to whip the cream which is ideal however it can pose as a sensitive issue because not everyone's kitchen has an aircon like me...
    So does that means will not turn out good or i should install one?

      Thanks alot.. if you don't have aircond in kitchen, you can place your whipping cream bowl sitting on a big of bowl of ice, then beat it, to keep it cold will do

      哈哈,其实一天也可以做完。如果不够时间,可以做完蛋糕卷后放冰箱定型,隔天再做果冻包裹起来即可哦
