I hate to jump into this fight but there is a big difference between a small local farm and big industry. I also hate big industry farming as it is all about money and yes they are polluting the earth and growing lots of GMO produce but PLEASE be assured most farmers are far from rich as I buy almost all my produce from local farmers here in the states and many of them struggle just to make ends meet. I can’t say with certainty but I doubt the farm Lydia was walking through was big industry but rather just an average farmer who makes a living off selling his crops which should be respected.

Here's a idea. If you want a luxury lifestyle with a home you keep redecorating more than barbies house. Don't get a dog. Do the decent thing and give him a new loving home. Hi Lydia - just an FYI that Daylesford isn't the only place to do peat free compost. It would be good for your viewers to know that, as it sounds like you were saying it was a ground breaking idea only available from high end specialist. You can get peat free soil from any garden centre or builders warehouse if you are buying in bulk for raised beds, and so much cheaper for the same product - just doesn't have a fancy bag... Cheers :)
The local farmer or land owner is not going to be happy with you walking Porter loose over their recently drilled crops, the recently spread fertiliser will not be good for the dogs paws either. I am sure you would not be happy with people walking on your recently planted seeds, agriculture is just the same but scaled up. Stick to public footpaths.

Poor Porter was so excited to see Lydia who just completely ignored him - he just seems shut away all the time - little puppies need lots of love and attention - not being shut away all day long in the kitchen - I think the puppy novelty has worn off!

My assumption is that he’s untrained, they have lots of ppl in and out (he doesn’t know his boundaries outside like Lumi does), and there are probably tools and bits and bobs around their house he might get into. I think it’s less about trying to keep him locked away and Lumi run free and more about behavior and training differences between the two

It's widely recommended NOT to make a big fuss of dogs when you first get home. It encourages separation anxiety and jumping up and over-excitement surrounding the door and guests....not everything is malicious. People need to chill. Both of Lydia's pets are healthy and well looked after. There are plenty of actually neglected animals that deserve all this attention.

I cant see the point of paying for a stylist as I cant anything she has done that Lydia couldnt do herself and save money for other things . I live in an area with lots of very very old houses thus antique and vintage shops, usually the stores are just called “something antiques” or “something vintage” even though that have old, vintage, and antiques. I think it’s more of a naming convention for the shop and easier to say to generalize the grouping rather than saying “we’ve got these vintage things, and these really old things mixed in, and these antiques”. Like I call my local grocery store a grocery store, even when I go and pick up a lightbulb!
I'm sorry but considering how much money you are likely paying this designer, the styling she did is truly underwhelming I wouldn't be happy with it for the cost. So much of it looks so thrown together and the bit under the stairs just doesn't work well together as well as the three vases in the bathroom and that random thing sitting on the floor of the corner of your entrace. She's just thrown random pots all together and calls it design, just no.

It’s a really subtle detail but could make loads of difference. Shiny chrome looks out of place with all the lovely brass details you’ve added. Other than that, enjoy!!

It's widely recommended NOT to make a big fuss of dogs when you first get home. It encourages separation anxiety and jumping up and over-excitement surrounding the door and guests....not everything is malicious.

I cant see the point of paying for a stylist as I cant anything she has done that Lydia couldnt do herself and save money for other things . I live in an area with lots of very very old houses thus antique and vintage shops, usually the stores are just called “something antiques” or “something vintage” even though that have old, vintage, and antiques. I think it’s more of a naming convention for the shop and easier to say to generalize the grouping rather than saying “we’ve got these vintage things, and these really old things mixed in, and these antiques”. Like I call my local grocery store a grocery store, even when I go and pick up a lightbulb!

She's just thrown random pots all together and calls it design, just no.

It’s a really subtle detail but could make loads of difference. Shiny chrome looks out of place with all the lovely brass details you’ve added. Other than that, enjoy!!
