Just wanted to say from my research kemso is the only brand that comes with that little plastic piece that goes on the pump outlet to hold that grommet seal up. That plastic piece is not a part you can buy oem or anything either. It's not part of the diagram so this is your only option even to just get that plastic piece if you are missing it

Does this pump hawe a one way valve inside like the oem pumps or not?so if you disconect the fuel hose from the pump and lift the tank when the engine is off does the fuel driping out or not?
Please help..I discovered that not enough fuel is getting to the pump by natural fall..a new pump,only el.motor, was installed which works fine, but when it uses fuel from the cup of the pump housing, it mixes fuel with air..when the cup is filled with fuel by natural fall it works fine again until he drinks from the cup,,,,,why?!?!
I installed the pump on the motorcycle and now you can no longer hear air mixing with gasoline. The engine now has more power, but it feels like it needs a little more fuel at high revs. The fuel pressure regulator opens at 4.5 bar, is that OK? Pump is 3 bar, flow 80 l/h. Maybe I should put a pump of 3.5 bar and flow 120 l/h?
Yours is exactly how mine is. I just used the new wiring / plug-in that came with the pump. Kept the oem fuel pump housing. Just put the connectors from the old pump onto the new one. I had my neighbor help me since he already does electrical.

Change your pressure fuel regulator with a new one
