Your statements are obvious truths, and any professor that demonizes students calling for peace should be fired based for failure to uphold basic morality as well as a failure to acknowledge rudimentary logic and facts. Mike, I'm 57 years old and during my entire life, Palestinians have been villified since I can remember. After the Hamas attack, my eyes were opened to the dehumanizing of the people of Palestine. Don't get me wrong, Hamas did a horrible thing but it was the result of decades of maltreatment. I stand with the people of Palestine and condemn Netenyahu for genocide and assassinating NGOs attempting to give aid. I'm glad I've been able to see through the decades of lies.

There is a long history of sanctioning anyone speaking out against Israeli human rights violations. Universities have long sanctioned students and faculty for same. States requiring what is essentially a loyalty pledge to Israel as a condition of eligibility to be a state contractor. I can't imagine anything more absurd - an oath of loyalty to a foreign entity.
