Yeh but guy in yellow top seems to no it all why I unsubscribed. Can't stand big heads or he talks to the other dude like his dumb. Or his never dived.
@@DjMellowMoods That's not what he's doing at all. These 2 are great friends. Woody has been diving longer than gus, so why would gus act like he knows more?
Thanks for sharing these videos of the Abaco caves! The vast majority of us viewers will never get to see these amazing sites in person. It is amazing to me to hear Woody (with 40+ years of diving experience and 6000 plus dives) say to himself, “Don’t mess up!”. Makes me realize how important the preservation of these caves is.
Divetalk.. I have been on the fence about getting into diving and taking up classes.. in which I feel upon your channel and I have been glued to your videos since (around a week now). I am absolutely convinced now that this is a community I inspire to join so thank you woody and gus.. very educational and very honest! Keep up the good work dudes!. I have booked my PADI course and the ball is rolling! Let's do this!
I just went to the Houston museum of natural science and when through their gem and crystal section and it was beautiful. I couldn't imagine seeing it in it's natural setting must be breath taking
Good lord this is beautiful, it would be hard to not cry from the magical feeling of exploration of that cave. Diving a cave like that would literally be a near meeting of God like experience! Omg
Wow, that is absolutely amazing, such a beautiful example of nature at its finest, thank you for this video most people will never see this in their lifetime, there aren't enough adjectives in our vocabulary to do this cave justice, it's videos like this that make me want to get my diving licence, take care and stay safe out there guys much love and respect from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺
I have only recently stumbled over this channel.. my first vid was the one about free divers going into eagle’s nest and ever since i am absolutely hooked.. it is HORRIBLE how underrated this channel is… thanks gus and woody keep up the good work
Gus & Woody are UA-cam gold! I live In Chattanooga and hope to meet you guys one day. I’ve thought about taking diving classes this summer as well. You guys are an inspiration in many ways and just want to say thank you for all you do! Much love and safe adventures!
I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I feel like I’ve become fully motivated to start my journey as a scuba diver. Thank you for educating and entertaining. You guys are great role models.
Amazing! I get where your coming from when you say you can’t help but feel spiritual. I often feel like that if I see something beautiful when out walking in nature. Thanks both for showing a non diver the wonder and beauty of caves 😍
Dude this is literally beyond words. It makes the hair on my neck stand up just watching it lol. As Woody said there definitely is a higher power. Some things are just too perfect and beautiful to explain any other way
Absolutely stunning - thankyou so much. If it wasn't for guys like you I would never see or know anything about this beautiful part of the earth. Inspiring!
That's absolutely breath taking. Unbelievable scenery. Having to take years and years of training and classes, just to be able to to swim a few hours in these caves is absolutely worth it !
No matter how accomplished and proficient I may get as a diver, I would never trust myself enough to dive in there because I would be so terribly afraid that I would damage something and it would break my heart. I will live vicariously through your videos for dives like this 😍
Though I’m not a diver, I’ve spent a good majority of my life spelunking (we’ve always just called it caving). I was a spelunking guide for many years, but only recently have I realized how much more awesome it would be to have water as a medium while making my way through a cave. I’m not sure if I’ll ever feel comfortable enough to get certified, but I love living vicariously through this channel. Thanks for the awesome content. If you’re ever looking for a caving experience (dry or underwater, as both are available) in Northern California, I’d be happy to help you guys access our local systems. 😉
Just discovered your channel last weekend. Love every video and really enjoy learning the physiology and chemistry of diving. Keep up the commentary, Woody. I love learning from you.
hello i love these videos you guys are awesome! i enjoy all the facts and have learn a ton but i dont think i could ever muster up the courage to do cave diving ahaha so ill happily watch you guys lol excited to see the next adventure!
I started watching your videos only recently, but what you said, Gus is 100% what happened to me. Watching those beautiful caves I got inspired to become a cave diver one day 😊I just finished my OWD, so hopefully one day... 😊 Greetings from Slovakia.
Fantastic video. The Sahara inclusions in the crystal is such an interesting part of their story. Every year I go digging for selenites with "hourglass" inclusions. I have a bunch and should send you a few if you like unique crystals.
I always appreciated the duo of Woody and Gus. Woody brings this sort of creative and introspective + spiritual side of the topic into perspective and Gus perceives more of the Logical and Fact-based evidence side of things. The two of you work great together for me especially, its like my creative right brain and logical left brain hemispheres started having a conversation lol. ❤😂
No it definitely looks like crystal! Crystals have many different colors! Many different varieties too! Beautiful!!! Different crystals have different inclusions that make them colorful! Absolutely gorgeous
Not sure if you guys have reacted to this. But the documentary on Disney + of the Thailand soccer team who gets stuck in a cave. Craziest documentary I’ve seen in a while! Have a great day and thanks for the content!
crystal caves are one of my favorite natural formations. i just watched a documentary of one they found in mexico i think that used to be flooded like this but drained over time and now it's full of enormous gypsum crystals
I am that guy. I have been diving for decades. I have enjoyed a couple of cavern dives. Never thought about Cave diving. But OH MY GOD! THIS... This is unbelievably beautiful. This, wow... I am speechless...
Hey Dive Talk! I was wondering if you two would be willing to play a video game??? It's called SUBNAUTICA and I think you guys would have a blast playing this game. There are caves just like this! Super easy to learn/controls would be great content for your channel as well. Hope you see this!!! Love you guys!
I completely agree. I've personally never been interested in cave diving, even after watching videos of many different caves. just the thought scares me a bit, but I feel like someday I may have to get trained just so I can see this with my own eyes. Probably the coolest things I've seen on earth.
The roses really remind me of how lotus flowers are sometimes depicted in classical religious art. I will never dive in a place like this but I kind of want to paint it.
This is awesome, I want to explore this cave some day. I really would love to be instructed by you guys for Scuba diving, y’all sparked my interest and I’ve watched almost every video on the channel now and I have a real serious itch to experience it. I live in Florida so I wouldn’t have to travel far (: How would I go about doing that and how often do y’all do classes?
Absolutely beautiful, I might learn to cave dive too if I can see something like this in person. It’s funny that it’s name is from Tolkiens work, of which I am a big fan, it’s a fitting name for this place, it’s magical.
I just wanna leave a suggestion, I would love to see you react to the guys who dove down to the Mariana trench in a dive bell, I know that the other glass of the bell broke at some time during the dive, would be really interesting to hear what actually would happen if the glass broke and your opinion on that mission 😃
I would love love love for you guys to react to (or if you have the time, do a let’s play!) of Subnautica, since you spend the whole game diving underwater, often very deep and in caves.
@WOODY I'm a crystal collector and actually go out and hunt my own. I feel spiritual too when I find such perfectly shaped and beautiful minerals! Esp. When you find something that looks man made but done by nature it's mind blowing
Have you ever seen the amazingly tense diving movie called Breaking Surface on Amazon? it's Norwegian, I think but I feel it's definitely worthy of a review ☺️ Tense, brilliantly written and the acting is outstanding! I don't think I've ever heard you both talking about it. anyway, huge fan of the channel! You're both legends 👊😃 and much love from Scotland, UK 🥰
I'm doing college right now so it's hard for me atm but as soon as start making money I'll subscribe for sure. Until then I'll be watching every video as soon as it goes out, much love guys! Dive safe
Oh i see, i just have to stay up till 5:30AM to catch the uploads fresh out the oven. XD Also yall should dive just off Vancouver Island B.C or look into it. I think Woody would love to see the size of the Octopussies we got and all sorts of amazing underwater plants and fish. ;)
You should React to the Thai cave rescue!! Very interesting documentary on UA-cam!! Where are the rescue 12 people, 11 with are kids. The fall documentary is amazing and goes into detail on everything it took to save them

Hey Gus and Woody, I'v been watching your videos for a while yet I'am not a diver and never had dived... today I was watching one of your videos where Woody were cave diving with amd silt made it no visibility for cameraman with 15K lumen flashlight... I instantly had a few ideas you both might experiment with: 1.st use a laser or multiple lasers. 2.nd use a thermal camera or even LIDAR infrared laser technology, yet I dunno how it work underwater, maybe its possible to figure out how to seal iphone or thermal camera in airtightbag fir use in underwater. 3.rd idea - as a top divers look for investor and people who are willing to help you both to create a cave diver sonar technology that you can wear on your body and see 3D image on your hand-device... It is just ideas, but I hope I can give you some inspiration. God bless!
Despite you guys discussing diving, and some of us never diving.... you really inspire something inside of all of us who watch your videos.

This is so true..it's infectious...Great comment..

Working on that
