I think everyone is missing the very affordable price tag, it offers 4 bedroom in a prime location, luxury in London usually come with a Hefty price, the decor can always be upgraded a property investment worth the consideration 👍

This apartment doesnt feel like a home. The decor gives it a hotel vibe, check in check out

All included? Love the brown marble (or is granite?) of the bathrooms, but bedrooms (except the primary one) are a bit small and ceiling too low… anyhow, the views compensate any flaws. Btw, you’re very elegant!

Great video, nice pad. Very expensive though. The same money can get you a townhouse or brownstone in Manhattan, which just shows how overpriced this apartment is.
Some people like apartments some people like townhouses, some people bungalows. I guess if you have the money you can buy whatever you want! 😄

It's so tiny. You get better value for money in Manhatten. London is just insanely bad value for money. Low ceilings. Cramped bedrooms, that's the London experience.
6 million quid and the neighbours just 2m above you on your balcony.
WoW for 6.3 million pounds I sure can get a fully furnished new build for a lot less!!!

He says towards the end of the video that there is a spa and swimming pool. I can tell you however, that it is a shared spa and swimming pool for all the residents of all the other apartments who live in the development.

Watching the video I almost got claustrophobic. The rooms aren't spacious. Also for 6.3 million I would rather buy a mansion in Surrey or a property outside the U.K. I'm in London for 5 and a half years and I'm sick of it.
You can buy whatever you want if you have the £6.3m! But it will only get you 1 and a half Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport! ;)
this is a great property - the interior design and segmentation are atrocious though. i mean come on putting a kitchen in the living room for 6.3m is peasant style.
That is not a kitchen but appliances stuffed into a living area which they sell as a kitchen. The fixtures seem to be well chosen and it is certainly a lot better than I’ve seen elsewhere. Unless it’s at least a 20m pool it is not a swimming pool and as always no mention of outgoings that add up to thousands. I was fortunate to live in a luxury building in Australia which is now over 20 years old but looks brand new because the residents respect the property.
