牧羊人派 / Shepherd's Pie

- 食材 / 2人份:
豬絞肉(細)-300g、洋蔥丁-70g、紅蘿蔔丁(去皮)-70g、馬鈴薯(去皮,切塊)-500g、番茄糊-200ml、雞高湯-100ml、蛋黃(打散)-1顆
調味 / 肉醬:
鹽-1/2茶匙、黑胡椒-1/2茶匙、百里香-1/2茶匙
調味 / 馬鈴薯泥:
無鹽奶油-20g、牛奶-40ml、鹽-1/2茶匙
重點提示:
① 肉醬
食材以中火拌炒後,以小火悶煮10分鐘入味。
② 馬鈴薯泥
馬鈴薯以冷水下鍋,中火沸騰煮至鬆軟,約15至20分鐘。
③ 牧羊人派
第一次烘烤 :
200°C烘烤至薯泥邊緣呈金黃色澤,約20至30分鐘。
第二次烘烤:
表面塗上蛋黃液後,再以200°C烘烤20分鐘。

Ingredients / for 2 servings :
Pork mince-300g, Onion(diced)-70g, Carrot(peeling, diced)-70g, Potato(peeling, cube)-500g, Tomato puree-200ml, Chicken stock-100ml, Yolk(beaten)-1pcs
Seasoning / Meat sauce :
Salt-1/2tsp, Black pepper-1/2tsp, Thyme-1/2tsp
Seasoning / Mashed Potato :
Unsalted butter-20g, Milk-40ml, Salt-1/2tsp
Tips :
① Meat sauce
Simmer the meat sauce at low heat for 10 minutes.
② Mashed Potato
Boil the potato over medium heat until soft, about 15 to 20 minutes.
③ Shepherd's Pie
1st Bake :
at 200°C until golden brown from the edge of mashed potato, about 20 to 30 minutes.
2nd Bake :
After applying yolk with brush, bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
