PICNIC AT CATES PARK, NORTH VANCOUVER

Today we went for a picnic at the Cates Park, North Vancouver Canada. Cates Park has a nice play structure for the kids, and a sandy/rocky beach. There is also a boat launch and kayak rental in the summer. Cates came from Indigenous language which means "faces the wind".
Cates Park address is 4141 Dollarton Highway, North Vancouver. There are a lot of parking space but might be limited on sunny days wherein a lot of people would go and spend the whole day at the park.
