It's embarrassing how bad exposure control is in Premiere compared to Resolve. It's the same deal with Capture One vs Photoshop. You drag the highlight slider back in Capture One and it makes you wanna cry tears of joy compared to ACR. Figure it out already Adobe.

If you could just finish the editing it could've been better
I've been over-saturating and over-exposing my overlays and backrounds for effect. Is that too old school?
If it's not for client work and your own - nothing wrong for your own videos but do keep in mind you'll limit your ability to color grade.
