I enjoy listening to a younger simpler molly Tuttle and what happened to the in-between timing of clever Eric Robertson loved his semi untraditional mandaline style
I think this is such a great video, not just for the song, but that like people are saying RAW. Its the truth behind bluegrass. You watch a lot of bluegrass videos and they sound great because its in a silent room. But from playing banjo in my band when we busk of the street you really have to wrench out what your playing/singing for people to hear you. They do a great gentle version of this song. Molly you and the boys are great and should play more shows together. Come to Raleigh! Play with out band Counterclockwise S.B.
This speaks volumes on what a good, noncommercial music festival is about. Folks playing great music at the camp, enjoying some beers, and being annoyed at generators kicking on... 😁
@@josephobrien991 The breaks in this arrangement were split, so what you're hearing is Molly ending her solo and me starting mine (John and Eric split the first break and Molly and I split the second one). And to comment on the original idea here, I would regularly go to Grey Fox and not sleep for four days straight because I was having too much fun, so probably just concentrating. Wish I could still do that! That being said, I'm glad I realized how awesome a good night's sleep is!

I thought Molly looked a bit wasted at the beginning, no harm in that. Love her music.
Wonderful rendition. I can almost see Hartford smiling...
Just lovely the way they listen to each other so closely. Gentle on the ear too...
Raw.............beautifully raw ! Shoot for the stars Molly !
We had that Glen Campbell album when I was maybe eight. Never forgot the sound of that song.

Great song.
OldJoeClarke I agree.
I would say it’s the greatest song ever written.
Dirty (and noisy) work indeed, but very necessary.
Nothing can detract from this performance, however. Totally awesome.
Very special people and a fellowship of sharing music. (*U*)

Beautiful!
Amazing.
Who started the generator in the background? Lol. Ambiance.
Nice !!!
The generator in the background sessions.
I believe that's the generator version t-Mac so technically it's the electric version.
Notice where they are camped, that's Bill Keith's auto and tee-pee in the background.
Glenn would approve.
That banjo player is really concentrating or really high. Like really high. Still sounds good though.
I would say he is concentrating he is an excellent banjo player
@@helenlizzystewart4908 He is. But he did step all over Molly's break. She graciously backed away.

It’s a festival jam session, done for fun
the lawn mower edition.
She sounds better un-miced.
