This episode was amazing. Shahz and Dapr are so well spoken too, perfect for chill podcast vibes and loved that they were so willing to share.
I love the fact that Riot is taking input from pro players, seems like Valorant is doing everything right
honestly man. The amount of games that have just fucking died because of the devs is crazy. The fact that Riot is so vocal with pros is absolutely amazing and I hope they keep this same level of communication.
I think it's just Valorant lmao. It's a new game so they have more care for it. League is quite the opposite, devs dont give a shit and force meta changes.
@@friendlyneighborhoodtotall1902 Well the valorant and riot teams are 2 entirely different people. I will say the league team still gives more care for their game than any one from valve, blizzard, or any other gaming company.
Yeah I think so too but that’s kinda how Fortnite died, the devs focused too much on making it pro friendly and lost touch with the casual players.
@@satiricalidiot9671 well I think theres a big difference in that Valorant is kinda innately comopetitive. Sure it has a casual element but the game is built to be competitive, with esports in mind from the start. Quite different from battle royale games which are not meant to be competitive

Its so amazing to hear that the devs took initiative and took time off their schedules to learn if the players think they have issues with the game or not, what needs change,etc. Really makes a player proud to play their game.
i like the way how they honor each member of the team, like they both give credits to everyone not just to only one. and i think that's what makes them good as a team.

1:03:27 can someone explain what dapr is saying with using double gas? is he saying that if u put up the orb and wall at the same time u use half the gas than if you were to toggle them one at a time? or is he saying zombs didnt know how to alternate between putting up the orb and the wall?
He's saying that zombs didn't know that putting the orb and the wall at the same time consumes the same amount of gas as when their being used on their own (It used to be like that buy they changed a while ago)

@@dixonyamada6969 i think what he meant is that using the smoke and the wall of Viper doesn't consume the fuel faster (the fuel being the thing that being used up when the smoke and the wall is up and activated)

Without every member of sentinels they would not be as dominant. Zombs is a crazy smoker, dapr is the best Cypher, sick is a really good filler and meta uses such as skye and maybe kayo. Tenz is just better and wins duels. Shaz is just big brain
Sideshow says that in the future of valorant they will need 7 maps minimun. Can anyone explain to my why this is necessary?
I could be totally wrong here, but I believe the "7 map minimum" is just to ensure that there are enough maps for a BO5 matchup. If there are seven maps, then each team can ban a map and there would still be enough maps to play. If you look at the Masters Reykjavik final, there were only 5 maps available so there were no bans and the map veto was essentially just to pick the order of the maps
