Espresso Coffee Shop has the Eureka Mignon Zero in stock as of 6/27/22. In the U.S. after customs fees, ECS discount (10%) and shipping fee, it can be at your doorstep for less than $400.00 right now.
I haven't watched any of your videos in a while so I figured I would check in. Nothing has changed much. With all the stuff you have available and a machine that is capable of resonable flow control, you still manage to create sooooo much channeling. That second shot (around the 12:00 mark) exhibits massive channeling with what appears only ca half the puck showing any flow. Oh well....... Cheers :)
It's been happening all week. If you watch the electric tamper the one side pops up more than the other. I think it's not putting even pressure across the puck. It's consistently the one side every time.
Man I love the sound Eureka Mignons make. Even if it were louder, the frequency is just so calm and pleasant.

Is it normal to the machine to heat up while using?
You mean the machine with a boiler filled with hit water?
What scale are you using here?
Hoon, quite a while ago you got a nitro brew keg thing. Did you ever upload a video on it?
Man I love your video
