Hey Chris Happy New year! Why are the Diamond Plated playfields so special? Is it the wood? How many coats of clear are on it ? OR something else? Just curious! Videos are turning out great! 👍👍🍻🍻
Happy New year Scott! The Diamond Plate finish is a type of clearcoat from the factory and most games with that are labeled as such somewhere on the playfield. As a result of that factory applied clear the playfields held up better and for me it gives a stable surface to recoat and rework on top of. Thanks!
I think so. If I load them as private then edit it later it seems to work better. Appreciate the suggestion. I wasn’t watching them here so I had no clue.

Very nice indeed
A true master. Love the videos. Always learn something new.
You always cover things that I have questions about. I am ready now to tackle the EarthShaker playfield I need to repair and clear.
That’s great.
ES playfields are tough to deal with.
