Fix KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX/3 + Re Mind Won't Launch,Fix KINGDOM HEARTS Does Not Open/Start On PC
Step 1) Restart Steam/Restart PC
Step 2) Verify the game files.
Step 3) Disable Gsync
Step 4) Steam Deck users try SteamDeck=1 %command% in launch options/ Proton Experimental
Step 5) Rename/Delete Save Game Files (You will lose all saved settings and game progress)
Step 6) Run game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode.
Step 7) Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall, if you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG , McAfee , Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program.
Step 8) Update Windows
Step 9) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 10) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 11) Install Visual C++ Files

Step 12) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 13) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, disable Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, perform cleanboot. Remove the undervolt
Step 14) Update BIOS
Step 15) If able to launch the game, avoid using alt+tab, turn off refresh rate, switch to Windowed mode
Step 16) Uninstall the game, delete the game folder, restart your PC and reinstall the game to C Drive (SSD Drive), if already installed in C drive try installing to another SSD

Unfortunately none of the solutions worked :(( the game still when press play shows a black window for 3 seconds then closes

@@LeKidderface i literally did every solution i could find in the internet and it still didn’t work for me, if you somehow managed to make the game work just let me know please and ill keep you updated if i ever found a solution.
