I'm a Utah born kid and I used to play for the rsl academy in herriman when I was 12 and now I'm 14 and I got released due to my knee issues and behavior, but this video inspires me to follow my dreams of being a footballer cheers!

Great video mate. One thing I'd change though is the thumbnail. I would've left the pic on the bottom right as the thumbnail and kept the rest out, just to attract the viewers who see your vid pop up in the recommended (which is how I found this gem of a channel) cheers
Great video... big fan of the bands before hand and the lift after. Maybe make a part 2 full training day with an upper body series you guys work on? Anyway, I was wondering if this was more of a preseason session, as it seemed like a pretty heavy work day. I struggle a lot with overtraining so was wondering if you were taking an off day and or recovery session the next day, because if I know when I do two a days a couple days in a row I get very beat up, and my performance goes down. Maybe that could be another topic for a video as well. Just trying to learn and would appreciate a tip or trick from you. As always keep up the great content
