I was wondering as a footballer yourself what would you say you lack to play at the highest level I think your a great player but I usually see you sticking with lower leagues and not attempting the jump is it the opportunity or is it other aspects of your game and thanks goodluck 🖒
I learned to hydrate a lot, never eat 2 hours before training, replace white carbs with brown carbs,do 3 sets of 5 for most gym work,do active recovery like for example bike for 7 minutes, and 1 gram of protein for every pound, ahh so many gold nuggets thank you
Have a big meal 2 hours before working out, but also have a small snack about 15 minutes before. For example a fruit or a granola bar. A lot of footballers snack during half-time as well for example, which is smart so you don’t get burned out
Also, you should mix some explosive sprint workouts and endurance runs to your training schedule. You'll get good stamina, and the explosiveness that you need. Maybe one of each once a week?
Your work ethic is just simply amazing. Not only do you train consistently all the time, but you even take notes when invited to a premier league facility. But if they need a little extra protein or weren't able to get enough from their meals, they will have supplements like bars or shakes to make up the difference.

Typical Barry Go to a youth club. Most academies have trials and if you play good in them they accept you as a player and you train with them
