When I still had to tetris the big stroller, I learned that the trick is actually to put the base first, then the cot. I cant see for sure on your video, but from what I can see, your e-priam might fit even with both wheels on. So you put it in straight, and then the cot on top of it. Try both ways with the base: whether wheels first or handle first works best. If needed, “deflate” the cot so it’s flatter. You will then have space left on the side for other stuffs. So instead of next to each other, on top of each other with space left on the left or right.

About 2 months ago I got to do a road trip from Los Angeles to Yosemite in a Cross Turismo.
We were 4 adults (175cm-185cm) and yep, the space in this cabin is ridiculously small considering how big the exterior is. It's trying so hard to be something it's not.. Very disappointed. Handling was great, the ride quality was meh, and soundproofing was worse than I expected.
Jumping back into a Model S Long Range (2021) was kind of a relief to be honest. Sure, it isn't a german built tank with super precise handling and bucket seats, but it sure is holding it's own considering what you're paying for this Porsche (with only standard equipment)!
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Porsche. But this one just doesn't justify the price or the station-wagon/kombi design. Great video Björn!

    What a coincident
I had a CT for a 5 hours trip today. IT drives fantastic, motorway and curvy countryroads
But its cramped. No way for the driver to move legs. Very cramped backseat and no forward visibility. Trunk is small despite hatch. Cant tow an occasional trailer
NOK 200k options to get it up to normal standard
    But I LOVE it.
    GOT to get one.
Tan leather, plain white paint. Or another nok 23k for Carmen red.

Hi, could you start measuring the distance between the two middle ISOFIX points? Easy way to see if the space between the seats is better in one car than another. In the Enyaq I can sit quite comfortably between my car seats, but in my 2007 e-class its almost painfull. :)

I wonder when you start a ‚what the heck is this thing‘ weapon collection from all the press cars and then other testers are screwed when they need to be towed. Or want to clone your joke 😅

Very helpful. Perhaps a mid-sized wagon would work better though I don't think any electric are yet released.
With a stroller where the handle also folded, do you think it might fit upright ? One double stroller I was looking at I believe has a 34" height ; perhaps others are similar yet with one child, perhaps a compact would work nicely ? I'm not sure yet for me maybe I'd prefer or at least consider an auto with the possibility to fit two bassinets if needed.

Where I am, the cheapest used Taycan costs as much as a new Plaid. Calling the Taycan expensive doesn't communicate just how pricey they really are. In terms of features and performance, you can go back and forth between the two, but if you really want a Model S, you can find good used ones as low as $30k. They are in reach for a much broader swath of people than the Taycan.

    • @andreatanzi3191
      @andreatanzi3191 Рік тому

The ones how continue to compare with Tesla do not understand that Porsche is not targeting Tesla customers. Those who buy a Taycan compare among other Porsche’s in their fleet … so is completely irrelevant if other cars are cheaper, faster or whatever else.

Nice video bjorn i love the way that you take your time over and over again to test those cars with those baby seats. But if you think that the porsche is small why don´t you try out installing them in the mercedes EQA. And also you are giving me idea for the frunk. If my son is annoying just put him in the frunk. XD XD

the more i watched, the lesser and lesser i liked that porsche, till i dislike it now. its one big misconception as a car, so big outside and so cramped inside even with the second row of seats. so, what is that second row for and why would it need to be so unnecessarily big outside with only 2 seats ?? that size and the supposed functionality inside do not suir together either way, its a missfit, to small inside for more than 2 persons and to big to be a sportscar with only 2 seats. then its slower than the tesla model s plaid, the model s is significantly bigger inside. i would rather have the tesla model s plaid, its the better car in every point. I would like to see this test with the tesla model s plaid.

I had the regular Taycan for 2 days, it's no problem to sit 4 people. Put the cables in the trunk, then you have enough luggage space. At least for me.
Regarding driving dynamics, it's a Porsche. It's planted to the road like no other car this size and weight. The Turbo I drove had more than enough power, an unexpected launch control start WILL throw the back passengers around.
Quality was top notch, too. One step above my Audi S5, which itself makes every Tesla look cheap in comparison.
Of course it's no family hauler. It has a very low profile which makes it look gorgeous in real life, but of course this design has its drawbacks.
If you are looking for a car like this - and have the money to spend - I can easily recommend it.
On the other hand, if you want to save money and need lots of space, VAG has you covered, too. ID.4, Skoda Enyak and the Buzz come to mind. ID.7 will be released soon, as well as the Audi A6 e-tron and the Porsche Macan BEV for those who want to spend more.

.. but I like to see this how you fiddle around with this, reminds me back in the days when kids where small and my back hurts and kids are screaming and one hasn’t even left the yard in the car but totally stressed out… the turning baby seat is really neat

Damn what a crap car. Soo big yet so little storage. And way too heavy as well. Ride is great of course but it's just too much weight to hide. And I can tell with confidence since I went test drive it. And the price is just hilarious for what you get.

Well I can see everybody says Tesla are nice, good and fast. Big hood, cost less…… but guys they are ugly. Actually they are very very ugly!!!! That why I have a Porsche. They look amazing, they are fast, they are expensive …. Who cares. Buy a Toyota instead…..

why you want to drive a porsche babies sitting behind? why do you buy a porsche for a family car? If you are wealthy enough to buy a porsche go buy a SUV for your family, otherwise go for Škoda or sth.
