That's actually pretty normal, not that cartoonishly, but you often got family and friends sharing the morals. That's why the whole power of friendship thing is stupid. Especially evil people hold together in many ways. It's actually more good people who got loser bonds, because when you want to be good you have to car for EVERYONE, not just your friends.
I don’t know why but this has a different feel compared to Joker corrupting Harley into villainy. This genuinely seemed wholesome. The Joker didn’t need to slowly manipulate his family into becoming bad guys. They just randomly jumped on the bandwagon out of nowhere and supported him 😭
Just like real relationships, it's much healthier when you're clear and transparent about your intentions and give the other person/people the chance to decide by themselves if they want to leave or stay ♥

I don't watch this series, but have always found what it's doing different very interesting. I hope that this is just a relapse and Joker realizes either that he's changed too much to be a hardcore villain anymore, or that his family means too much to him to drag them down.
They seem like a wholesome family! They really love each other and participate in activities together. It's clear that the dad is happy to back up his wife and children and help them out with the challenges they are facing in their day-to-day lives, no matter how big or small.

Calling it now, Season 5 is going to have a sub plot of The Joker Family vs The Bat Family.
Like not even a life or death stakes kind of thing either, more like the next door neighbors who can't stand each other and constantly do petty little shit to one another to piss one another off.
I'd watch the hell out of that.

I think I know where this is heading. Once he reveal he is evil it will create a sad storyline drama that cause strife in the family he came to lo- oh, wait they are into it and happily join in on his villainy.

All it takes is one bad day... Or a few annoying moments while also having Joker treat you well as a family member. The Joker will corrupt, regardless of what he's doing.
