I hope that my latest video highlights the disconnect between Celebrity and their community. Perhaps it will prompt them to reconsider their recent decisions and implement the necessary changes. The main dining room is total disappointment. they have the low quality food and cheap ingredients, they are so bad. Just a large low standard cafeteria
I retired more than 15 years, I go to Casino buffet or VIP lounge at least 4 times a week for dinners or tasted more than 3000 great dinners. I was so disappointed onboard Summit, I was shocked, they use Green pea powder starches for their watery green soup base, they should us the real green pea for soup base. The green soup should be nice and thick. Even a low class cafeteria will use the real green pea for their soup, not using the green pea powder.@@tomsunday
I was onboard Celebrity Summit from Boston to Aruba last month, the average age of those well manner passengers about 65 years old. Pastry (cake) section onboard is quite large, it offers with many pastries with great decorations and look so beautiful, however, half of those cakes are completely wasted at the end of the day, the average age of the passengers onboard are around 65 years old, they do not eat pastries at all, about 40% of those passengers are diabetics, they need to stay away from the sweet, all those beautiful decor cakes will be completely wasted. They should offer a small section for the sugar free desserts, such as sugar free cheesecakes, sugar free custard, sugar free puddings or sugar free apple pies for the elder senior passengers.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad you found the video informative. Maybe you need to turn the quality up on the UA-cam player. Sometimes, it buffers it lower quality due to your internet connection. So you may need to navigate to that option in the player and turn it up to 4k. This video is full 4k quality. My cameras are cinema grade and of the highest spec.
