Pak dq, the area need to have a min of how many pax? Plus need go during moonsoon season then have pelagic or throughout?

5 pax for 2d1n, 10 pax for 3d2n..
It’s my first time there, so can’t tell if pelagic is there throughout.. but I have fish around that area on boat before, we do get pelagic on non monsoon periods
