Great video! Just want to add that in single-user workspaces, all tasks created within ClickUp are automatically assigned to that one user, (no automations needed), unlike Asana or Trello. However, tasks created from the mobile app or the browser extension are not automatically assigned to the user, that needs to be done either manually or with an automation. Me Mode is only visible in workspaces with multiple users.
As a newbie looking to restart GTD with my partner for the first time in a decade: do you have an up-to-date video of what apps you prefer to use for your own GTD system?
Thank you for sharing this conversation Lucas ! Everytime I watch your youtube videos I learn something powerfull. May I ask if you still use tags for time and energy in Todoist ? 😎
@@LucasPrigge Thank you Lucas ! Did your planning improve using time tags in Todoist? What is your opinion about contexts ? Right now I have got home, work, anywhere, errands, car & calls. But I see that many projects start with research. Or that a certain tool is required to do the "task" (I am an all-round technician at work). Looking forward to your advice 😃
Usually, you'll know which context you're in at any given time as well as how much time you've got left in it. Having time estimated tags helps to asses which task makes the most sense to perform at that time. It is vital to choose contexts that work best for you. Nobody can decide that for you. If you use a tool regularly, that may well be a context. I take this approach as well where I have different software tools as contexts.
If you are already buy in the idea of GTD & ClickUp, just skip to 10:25

Not for energy, but I do use them for time
