I popped into shige's stream a week or two ago, and he seemed really rusty, so I watched this assuming that vaxei would have mopped the floor with him, turns out it was much closer than expected. I was way off.
I think that it would be really cool, if you could add the score of the players on the bottom/ top. So that you could see who is leading in that „1vs1“ I think that it would make it more interesting to watch :)
Call me a fanboy (I kinda am, I got into osu when he was incredibly popular) but I think he still has the skill to take back #1 if he wanted to, he was doing some mind blowing stuff many years ago that are only getting overshadowed recently. If not #1 he is probably top 5 or top 10 material
I kinda want to agree with you here, but the fact that the top 10 in osu leaderboards are all DT players makes it impossible since shige himself has said that he can't read AR11 so that's basically a bummer. Unless HD had a ridiculous buff, it can be possible though.
i don't think it's possible. Even before he left, he was quite lagging behind the top players and "losing" some skill (more like the bar was set too high for him since he's not a pp farmer). he's got some skills for sure but not what it takes to make him n°1 again. I'm a huge fan of shige too but, i can't see him getting back at the first place.
@@wiranproduction327 im sure if he farmed a bunch of hdhr stream or jump maps like RoR or zutto summer he could do it, but he doesnt farm so, we'll never know

@@Leniel_ shige doesn't need to learn AR11 unless he wants HDDTHR however most maps are around AR9.0-9.4 base which is like 10.7 with DT

Cookiezi is a hd player so playing anything with hd is pretty much like playing no mod
Hidden is easy once you get used to it. At some point I couldnt even tell if I was playing with hidden or not because I was so used to it lmao
