Finley is sooo sweet. Congratulations!! I was 39 when I had my only baby. I walked around 5 centimeters dilated from Monday to Friday morning. My water broke and she was born at 11:45 a.m. on a Friday. I had her all natural. Babies are God's gifts. 😀

Chad and Erin, I’m so happy for y’all. I was born January 17th but, originally my due date was supposed to be April. I ended up three months premature. I had a grade four bleed which led to me having CP (aka) Cerebral Palsy. It also led to me having a VP stunt and several surgeries. I’m 34 now and doing great, I work at a handicap workshop. Congratulations again and God y’all. Love ya!
I also have a VP shunt. I have what's called IIH. My brain thinks I have a tumor but I don't. My spinal fluid doesn't drain from my head. So my 2 shunt (VP & VA) drain it for me. They love to stop working though!! I've had over 40 revisions.
This was real life, refreshing. I know it wasn’t easy but this needs to be normalized it’s what life is all about. And turned out soo well. My favorite part.. “Your not breathing! I can’t hear you!” 😄☺️😊♥️ Congratulations.

Erin, I gave birth all-natural (what was I thinking!!!) 5 times. I never..... I repeat.... I NEVER looked as amazing as you did 5 minutes after giving birth! After my first one (daughter) was nearly born in the waiting room, each of my 4 boys' deliveries were scheduled 2 weeks before my due date. (The last three were conceived after having one tube and one ovary removed. Those miracles are possible! ) The days of having babies are long gone for me but now I'm so grateful to be a Grammy X4. Life is beautiful. Blessings to all of you. Finley is perfect!
My Finley Elena just turned 8 on the 26th! Her birth was my 2nd and my 1st natural delivery, not by choice, she decided a 45 min labor was good enough and there was no time for anything! Fast forward 3 more natural deliveries and 5 healthy kiddos. Your Finley is just precious! Congratulations!

My five children are now grown adults nearly all close to 30 now. I have six grandchildren and your life will become sweeter and sweeter as you age in Jesus Christ.
I had all 6 of my children naturally without any pain meds. My 1st one I was in labor 33 hours. The rest of them was very quick. Anywhere from 1 to 3 hours and had my 3rd one a girl on the hospital bed going down the hallway to the delivery room.

I'm first pregnancy I was 3 days past my due date and labored for like a day and a half and ended up having a C-section. And with my second pregnancy I was scheduled for a C-section and baby decided that one day was to long to wait, so she came the day before my scheduled C-section. My first baby, Addison 8lbs 8oz and Paisley 8lbs 4 oz. Blessings from God.... Faith honors God and God honors faith! ❤️ God bless y'all!

Arrived at the hospital at 2:37 am gave birth at 3:12 am my first child. I too drove on bumpy roads to help with the labor. My sister and I gave birth the same day…not planned …and in different hospitals.

We decided to have our last baby at home. It was our fourth and it went so fast that the home birth doctor who was supposed to deliver me missed it completely . The labor was no longer than 30 minutes from beginning to end. If we had ever tried to make it to the nearest hospital I would have delivered in the car on the side of the road so we were grateful for our planned home birth. It was suc an amazing experience. His twin sisters and brother got to see him being born and even though it was many years ago and now all of my children have children, they still remember the wonderful experience of seeing their little brother being born. And going to bed that night together, with our baby between us was so great. We have been married 55 years and still madly in love with each other. Congrats on baby number five. She is adorable.
Oh my goodness, I just watched the birth story and I’m crying tears of joy for you all. I use to work in L&D and I’ve never before have seen anyone look as beautiful as you. You are glowing with pure joy,love and happiness. Baby Finley is absolutely a miracle from God (as well as all babies), but after everything you went through last year and the possibility of not being able to have another baby, to have Carson come to you and say Jesus came to him and told him you were pregnant is a miracle in its self. I wasn't able to have any babies but once i did have an ectopic pregnancy but never got pregnant again, but I just know that for some reason that it wasn't supposed to be, but we are blessed with our furr kids! I laughed when you guys were talking about being sent home in early labor! Happened to me with my twin girls! Labored all day. Contractions 2 min apart but wouldn't dilate. I was so upset with the Dr who came in and said he was sending me home because I wouldn't dilate. Got home shortly before 5 pm. At 6 pm my water broke all over my bed!! Came back up to the hospital and made a point to find that Dr that sent me home and said, "I'm back!!! My water broke!!" And wouldn't you know, I went from 0 to 4 cm instantly after it broke!!! 2nd pregnancy They were born at 35 weeks 4 days. Needed NICU time for 3 and 10 days but are now thriving 3 year olds!
Congratulations! Such a beautiful baby, glad you had a lovely successful labor and delivery! I had my 1st at the hospital and was on PIT and didn’t get an epidural! It was around 12 hours total it was so intense the last 6 hours with the pitocin. My 2nd was out of hospital birth center, I got to the birth center and he was born 3 1/2 hours later. It was so much easier naturally than natural with pitocin! 3rd was supposed to the birth center but she came so quick she was born at home in my husbands arms midwife didn’t make it😂 my labor from start to finish was under 3 hours! 4-5th were beautiful home births (midwife was there) , intense only the last hour! I’m now pregnant with our 6th! All glory to God! We are a homeschooling family! Can’t believe our oldest is 12yo now!! Feels like they were babies yesterday 😭 Keep shining for Christ!

I had my three without pain meds. The first came on her due date. Nothing unusual with her delivery. She was 8lbs 3oz. My second was two weeks late. I decided that I would wait until the contractions were closer. When I got to the hospital, he was crowning. My dr did not arrive in time so they woke up a resident who almost dropped him since he was 9lbs 7 oz. And the last was three weeks early and delivered before the day before the baby shower. She was 6lbs 8oz. I forgot all about the pain when I got to hold them. Congrats on baby Finley!!

I had my three without pain meds. The first came on her due date. Nothing unusual with her delivery. She was 8lbs 3oz. My second was two weeks late. I decided that I would wait until the contractions were closer. When I got to the hospital, he was crowning. My dr did not arrive in time so they woke up a resident who almost dropped him since he was 9lbs 7 oz. And the last was three weeks early and delivered before the day before the baby shower. She was 6lbs 8oz. I forgot all about the pain when I got to hold them. Congrats on baby Finley!!
