Mangaad or Goan mango jam 🥭
It is prepared in almost every Goan home during mango season. This sweet and delicious jam is prepared using mancuraad mango, but can be prepare using any other ripe mangoes, preferably musrad mangoes. It can be eaten with bread at breakfast, as a snack, or as a dessert topping.
Ingredients
3.5 cup mango pulp
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 tsp lemon juice
2" cinnamon stick
