Why are district attorneys not accountable for their decisions?
I think it's because they have family members who were criminals themselves. Just because a DA who has/had relatives behind bars, doesn't mean they have to set others free. That's something I don't agree with.
Interestingly Gascon doesn’t mention he released the killers only a few months ago for attempted murder on someone else.

Ok guys both of the suspects ofc have lengthy criminal history that should've been a warning sign. Clark had prior convictions for robbery and burglary, along with a guilty plea for illegal firearms possession in 2020, for which he was placed on probation for two years. Kelly, on the other hand, had been convicted of robbery and assault with a deadly weapon in Orange County in 1991, and also had prior arrests related to possession of narcotics with intent to sell and evading police. So yeah they got slaps on the wrist and now the judges and das have blood on their hands and should be ashamed of themselves.
