Which Narrator Best Suits Which Engine

- I saw someone do this and I wanted to as well! I think many people have very contrasting opinions when it comes to narrators as TTTE is a show based in nostalgia and people like to protect that.
In my personal opinion, Michael Angelis will always do the best narration (although Alec Baldwin and George Carlin are strong competitors)! He does amazing as James, Sir Topham Hatt, Harold and many other characters - and he gives it his all when narrating! He’s the best narrator Thomas & Friends will ever have, in my opinion, especially because his voice reaches out to children from different generations - from the Classic Series, to the Hit Era, to the end of the Miller Era! He’s certainly one for the ages!
I definitely agree with the fat controller, Michael Angelis does a perfect voice for him, it's so good that it's become a meme
Yeah it’s way better than the narrator that sounds like he’s saying “chumish” instead of “Thomas” lol
I have seen numerous of these types of videos and I think the most unanimous are: Ringo as Edward and Duck, George Carlin as Gordon, Bertie, Donald, Douglas and Sir Handel, Michael Angelis as James and Alec Baldwin as Henry, Bill and Ben

@@PeePeeSam Also if we were to include Railway Series narrators as well, I feel like Ted Robbins is a perfect fit for multiple characters (personally, I think he suits Thomas and Peter Sam the best).
O.k. this is tough, but since I'm taking potential into account,(energy, tone, emotion, and voice acting) Ringo(A Close Shave for Duck mode: Us energy) and Alec all the way for me for character voices. Ringo has that kind of voice that I wish we had seen reach peak form(again in tone, energy, emotion, and voice acting) from start to finish in every episode, both narration and character voices. That being said, nice list Peter Sam The Narrow Gauge Engine.

I actually like all of Baldwin’s voices for characters (obviously the ones from Season 5) and comparing his voices with Brandon’s, Baldwin’s voices are 10 times better. But I won’t take away Carlin’s voices however.

Why does everyone say that Alec Baldwin is good for Toad? Literally every single time I see a video with Toad in it, they always go for Michael Angelis' version, so why does everyone go for Alec Baldwin as Toad?
Idk, I just like Alec Baldwin’s Toad cos he sounds like a British Butler and I rate that 🤌🏻
Why no Michael Brandon or Seasons 8-24?
Well a) I think Michael Brandon’s narration is the worst so he wouldn’t suit any of the engines in my opinion and b) at that point my channel had only focused on classic series stuff so class series characters were what I wanted to do 👍🏻

I really like it tbh. The British accent is hilarious and it fits with the character and the fact his real life basis is currently still in England 👍🏻
