Your butt is a part of your body..."butt" is specific, "body" is more general. Moustache and beard are two separate things. You can have one without the other.

Why are you so confused? Do you think moustaches and beards are the same thing? They aren't. Steve Harvey has a moustache but no beard. I currently have a beard but no mustache. You see, they are two different things. It isn't rocket science.
