I think if there were going to be another South Park racing game, I think Ubisoft would make it a 2D/3D hybrid (3D enviroment with 2D characters), and a story mode.

Aw really? I was just wondering whst they would think about this because I remember them saying they don't like ore season 4 which always kinda annoys me because I love those first seasons and this game rules haha

Yeah I remember them saying they were okay with it until they actually saw the games. They didn’t want another game made until technology was at a point for them to be able to make a game that looked exactly like the show.

Is it just me or is this game extremely difficult lol As a kid I could never get past the Easter Egg one. Then when I grew up tried to play again & could never get past Independence Day. I lost so many lives on the thanksgiving one & that was the furthest to this day I have ever gotten lol

@@kerimsari6645 I just hang out at the trail rail crossins, there you would have 2 - 3 spawn points for the eggs and the cpu was always too far away to get there first
Same here. I never made it past Valentine's Day. It got harder the more it became less about racing and about other strange tasks and events.

I spent so many hours on this game. I made so many of the exact same manuevers and mistakes in this video, it really brings back memories lol. I always raced with basic Cartman too, he always seemed to be the fastest ironically

This game was released in 1999, which was the same year Matt and trey re-recorded the vocals of the theme song for season 3. Why didn't they use the season 3 vocals for the intro of the game? I guess this game was released a few weeks before season 3 premeired.

I feel like the devs should've focused more on this game being an actual racer. The whole racing to each checkpoint thing was weird. A lot of the other challenges should've been saved for a battle mode. Sucks that matt & trey thought kart racing was a stupid idea and now they make these video game developers create rpgs for South Park since they're rpg nerds. I would love a new kart racer or maybe a 3D sandbox similar to The Simpsons Hit & Run. I'm just not into the rpg genre. I would even play a South Park beat 'em up.
They could've even gone like Conker's Bad Fur Day, platforming in 3D but with cutscenes, and ofc sus parts.
I remember my brother renting this game from blockbuster back in the day. Good memories.

Hey Nero. Do you plan on 100%ing it?
All that's left is unlocking the rest of the characters, though it's tricky. It appears that you can only unlock them in Championship mode, not Arcade. So for example, Cartman Cop requires you to hit the Book Bus 5 times with Chocolate Balls in the Read-A-Book Day Race. This is a LOT harder than it sounds because powerups are completely random and even in arcade I've failed like 3 or 4 times just trying to find 5 chocolate balls to use. In Championship mode, you only get 5 retrys during the entire thing before having to start over, and sometimes you have to play all the way through to the final races just to then try and unlock certain characters via difficult challenges

@@kain3513 well depending if your using a emulator or not, on project64 if you choose system then cheats there should be a option called have all which gives your all game modes I think or you can use both give all and unlock all characters and extra cheats so that’s how you can get all characters on emulator

This game was fucking difficult as hell but I managed to pass all the races in first place and unlocked everything.
This game is actually really funny-
I never took the time to figure out what the items did
Having no nostalgic connection to this game, it doesn’t look that well done, like there’s a lot of features that look poorly done and like they haven’t aged well. That being said a remaster of this game, like a well done kart racer with South Park characters, items, and voice lines would GO SOOOO HARD I’d love to see it happen

Imagine for me if you will that you are a kind and caring parent, your son wants to get a game for his N64 and he picks this one out. It looks Cartoonish and kiddy, how bad can it be? You buy it for him and a few minutes after he starts playing, you check on him and see this: 1:25

Why does Kenny wear a orange jacket that covers his mouth but not his eyes?
Short answer because kenny was always supposed to be the second most foul mouthed one in the group outside of cartman being the most rude unlike the rest of the group however kenny has always been shown to have actual acknowledgement of sex.
It makes sense that Kenny also doesn't cover his eyes as he wouldn't be able to see where he's going he might as well be blind if he covers up his eyes.
Long answer kenny was based on a real person matt and trey knew in school who always used to ditch class and wear a orange parka resulting in matt and trey making a joke about there friends absence and that he probably got himself killed while ditching school.
Had this on PC, when it was on sale, several years after its release, so it was dirt cheap.
Such a crappy game. Raw mechanics, unbalanced CPU and generally gives the impression of a rushed, unfinished game.
One moment of silence for the kids, who decided they want that game for their N64.
