Twin tails were invented in 1989. It was a cool concept once tweaked by Rodney Mullen for Mike Vallely, but I'm glad the trend is back towards fun shapes with a modern concave.
It might be a bit of a hot take, but to me a board isn't a true twin tail when the bottom graphic has a top and bottom to it. It's still going to be symmetrical to ride obviously, but there's something about it that throws it off. I mean, it's probably why you paid attention to the graphic when mounting the trucks. It just makes sense to do that.
Well technically the same could be said about my Ishod board too then with that point 🤔 But yeah I think the main focus is the shape tbh. Although, it’s difficult to completely not think which side is which since your bushings and trucks wear out differently.
I'm skating a Glider now. One of the best boards I've skated.
