Jeannette Charles, the actress who impersonated The Queen, sadly died at the age of 96 on the 2nd of June 2024. When she did an interview about her long career impersonating The Queen, she was asked about her experience making the Naked Gun movie, and she said that Leslie Nielsen, Priscilla and all the cast were kind to her apart from OJ. She said he was very unpleasant and was bragging about how much more money he was earning than she was. It is a great pity they didn't hire another actor to play Nordberg. The creators of the film have said that they only hired him because he was a big name who could be hired cheaply, and they didn't have a massive budget to make the movie. May Jeannette Charles Rest In Peace.
You only say that because of the trial. If he never had that in his everyone would have spoled highly of high even if he was still and a-hole. So please be quiet. And if he was a white guy you would have been finding an excuse to still praise him. Hypocrites. O.J. caught EXTRA hate just for being black. AND YOU GUYS KNOW THIS, AND DON'T SAY OTHERWISE AS I AM A WHITE MALE WITH CHILDREN TOO.....ALL OF YOU WHITES OUT THERE KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I AM SAYING!
What a great movie. I still remember seeing it in the theater the weekend it premiered. I have never laughed hard during a movie in my life. During press conference scene I almost fell out of my chair. What a great movie
The only reason the campfire scene in _Blazing Saddles_ was funny in the first place is that Brooks got away with it. Now _Little Shop of Cutting the Cheese_ would be hilarious, if these carnivorous plants only ate you after you distinguished yourself. Andy Warhol's portrait of a can of Campbell's soup could be replaced by a similar portrait of a can of Heinz beans, with Hitchcockian overtones. _That_ would be worth a gassy sequel. The one night a year where I'm braindead enough to handle the Farrelly brothers, I might enjoy John Cleese visiting The Fart Shop, promising all kinds of canned quiffs, but delivering none. One display case for diet, one for bouquet, one for venue (enclosed elevator; Tony Soprano when he Dutch ovens AJ) but altogether, no cabbage.
I could watch this trilogy and Leslie Nielsen all day, every day, and never stop laughing. His deadpan comedic genius is iconic. Spectacular script writing and acting all around! I miss these types of movies, but thank God for UA-cam 😊.

Is anyone out there pissing their pants when Frank covers national anthem😂😂😂😂😂 Francis Scott Key's officially rolling over in his grave on this one😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Saw this movie as part of a double feature. At the drive in. This and Major League. My whole family. Aunts,Uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, ect. Some of whom. Aren’t with us anymore. RIP. And the rest. I rarely see. Maybe once or twice a year? We’d be like 30 deep. And show up a hr early to get a good spot. All the kids would be running around having a blast. Drive in had a play ground with swings and slides. Because it was built in the 50s. Great memories being a kid in the 80s and early 90s!🎉🎉
By the time the first came, they naturally (and correctly) assumed that most had either never, not or seen the series or forgot it entirely. It wasn't in airing in syndication and I don't think it was available on home video. I didn't become aware of Police Squad! until CBS aired it around the time when the second movie came about in 1991, during the early 90's.
I'm the only one in my family who truly appreciates these films.
You are a hero!
I appreciate you buddy. This is one of my favourite movies ever.
@@funkyseefunkydo9622 i appreciate you
👍🏼
They are legendary.
This movie is so priceless, this is still funny to me in 2024.
Pra mim também é muito importante pra mim e engraçado demais
It's still funny even in 2025

Not worry and the end karma hit o j simpson whit 33 years of prison .
The lesson is karma coming for everyone.
Why would he be bragging how much he was earning?
Sounds like modern society filled with dorks on internet.

Seems like your more interested in OJ than Jeanne lol
She was a dead ringer for the Queen. Pun intended.
Life was so much simpler then. I miss my old life. 😊
It sure was
Really. Huge love from New Delhi to the late Leslie Nielsen sir. He's a great comedic genius. Old but fond memory....
same as all of us bro.. 1980s 1990s were the best of our lives
You're so sweet empress 💯💞💐 hope you're doing well ❤
Life my brother 🙏
It goes on

Best comedy trilogy of all time.
YES 💯
2nd place Austin Powers
" We would have been here earlier, but your husband wasn't dead then."
Lol, an earlier Lt. Drebin nugget from Police Squad. 😆
Lol, Leaning Tower of Pisa in the background
This movie is one of my favorites. This film, Wrongfully Accused, and Spy Hard are the movies I grew up on. God, I miss this kind of humor.
I actually had a friend call me the day Leslie Nielson died to see if I was OK? 😭💔
„Nice Beaver!“
„Thank you, i just had it stuffed!“
😂😂😂
...i can help you with that
R.I.P! My legend… thank you for the funny memories.
Good old days with great comedies
1:45. The pissing and farting scene has got to be the funniest one of the entire movie.

Underrated actor

“Girl dies in a tragic blimp accident over the orange bowl on New Year’s Day”
“Goodyear?”
“No, the worst”

I made it a tradition to watch these films during Christmas in our family (along side spaceballs, hot shots and Austin Powers)
Laying on top of the queen with her legs open😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 one of the greatest quotes in cinematic history

R.I.P Леслі Нільсен😥
They don't make movies like these today... What a shame!
Don’t know why I have seen these scenes multiple times and I still LOL 😂
Can we please appriciate the acting by Nordbergs wife? Her face impressions and crying after Frank's comments cracks me up every time.
Now that OJ has died, prescilla presley is now one of the actresses that is still alive today.
There will be no better scenes in the magic history with Frank on the Jumbotron😂😂
50/50 chance of living
though there's only a 10% chance of that 🤣
hahaha it's like Anchorman movie: "60% of the time, works every time.. - that doesn't make any sense" hahhaha
I still find it funny after all these years!
"My father went the same way" BRILLANT!
He said the same thing in part 2 when Hapsburg was mauled by a Lion
Not only hysterical lines , sometimes what was going on in the background just added to the fun
8:36 Love how that one guy in crowd right above him in the blue shirt is just blatantly laughing hysterically. I would be the same 😂
The gags that follow one another are so good. Excellent 🤣😅👍. I saw the whole movie.
Nice beaver... 😂
Potuhes
"i just had it stuffed"............ LOL
Laying on top of the queen with her legs wrapped around you😂😂😂😂😂😂
O.J. Simpson was good at acting like he wasn’t a double murderer.
Do you mean a 2000 yard rusher in one year.

Aren't you afraid of might go off accidentally😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤
I'm generally not a fan of modern American comedy but this was brilliant.
The actress who played Queen Elizabeth in this movie, is more convincing than the actress who played her on the crown.
Or the real Queen herself.
@@davidpage3893 or helen mirren
