What to Do After Buying a Used Thinkpad Laptop - Sanitize, Reset, & Update

Bought a used Thinkpad laptop? I purchased a used Lenovo Thinkpad T490s online through eBay and these are the steps I took to get it ready for use including disinfecting the laptop, wiping the system, reinstalling Windows, and updating the drivers, BIOS, firmware, and Windows updates.
