Have some deep ridges from acrylics and theyve never soothed out unless I buff them but they always return. I wish I could make them like they were before I ever wore acrylics. I havent worn them in almost 10 years or a bit longer and still jave ridges.
I hope I have as much success as you do. I’ve kept my nails really short as they have no strength in them at all. They actually hurt at the moment as they are so thin. Wish I’d never had gel or acrylic nails.
But I am still washing my hands 400 times a day (and using hand sanitizer gels & wipes)! I have never had strong nails - they break easily. Would not even try acrylics (I don’t even like the feel of nail polish on my fingernails)! My poor cuticles are a mess & my nails are started to grow - but I’m terrible at shaping them! Oh well - I’m not going to hair salon or nail salon right now - just staying home & staying safe!

I notice how great your nails look in every video. You’ve been able to keep your length. You’ve been going to a great salon, properly covering your nails. I didn’t even realize I was not. They will. It took my nails a full four months to fully grow back and recover. I still use the nail envy, I just find it really helps keep them strong and helps stop splitting. I swore this last time would be my last time, too. Hang in there. Your nails will come back. Hugs

My nails are always so wrecked after acrylics. Totally agree..It typically takes 3 months for new growth to reach the nail tip. Great tips!!!!.

Nailtiques Formula 2 is the best protein for your nails. Actually builds up the nail.
