Absolutely agree, miles better than KFC fries and generally they’re hotter and crispier than McDonald’s fries. You’d think McD’s would have fresher fries as they’re always busy but I get fresher fries in BK where they’re usually very quiet.

Unfortunately it seems to be almost impossible to get one that doesn't take 20 minutes to cook, yet comes to you looking like a mess and is at best barely lukewarm.
I don't go often and when I do I push myself to try something new on the menu. Whenever I do I'm always disappointed I didn't get the XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger.
I worked at BK for about a year when I was 20. I was l dreading the job when I first got it cause I never liked the idea of working fast food but it’s one of the best jobs I’ve had so far
I love the BK Stacker/Stacker King. They both have the same components. Beef patties (you can choose double, triple, quad), American cheese, bacon and BK dressing (1000 Island) on a bun. The only difference is the size. The BK Stacker has buns and patties used for the regular burger, the Stacker King uses the Whopper sizes patties and buns. Unfortunately they are limited time only items.
I’ve been craving a BK for a while now and you’ve just sealed it for me as this weekend’s takeaway. The Doritos fries are straight fire, especially when you get them hot over the counter. BK upped their game big time

@@kelvin3103 there is a brand that does the single runny egg ones, as the M&S gastro ones are a 2 pack. Jolly Hog. I've seen those in Sainsburys. But I think the M&S gastro ones are best. I never get the cold hard boiled ones. I have seen other Scotch egg varieties but I don't get them
Burger King is not what it used to be, I remember BK always used to have crispy bacon in their burgers and the burgers were flame grilled. BenDeen's food needed more cooking. BenDeen, you should spend some time in Borough Market and go to the Greenwich food stalls, the food is out of this world. The food stalls do food filled with flavour from around the world. They do burgers, hot dogs, fish and chips, Latin food, Chinese food, Korean food, and so much more. For great tasting burgers, chilli hot chicken, mac n choreezo bites, and chilli cheese fries try Meatliquor, so much better than BK.
Besides the fries and nuggets, Burger King in the UK is better than McDonalds in my opinion. The burgers are just bigger, better value and far more flavourful.
Nah the fries are WAY better than McD's. Well, okay, sometimes they're great, but they're so inconsistent. They're usually either too unsalted, too cold, too hot, too floppy, not browned enough, etc. There's almost always something wrong with them. Usually at least two of those things at once. Also you can't get mayo with your fries at McDonalds, BK introduced me to the idea and I've never looked back.
Hi Ben! I normally dismiss the more expensive burgers in BK and then watched this video last week to see what you ate. I noticed BK started doing the chimichurri angus burger again and got one today. I have to say it was a whole lot better than I expected. Keep up the good work!

Used to work in BK like 35 years ago, the fries are the same size as ever but they added some extra starch dust or something to help them crisp up, They used to come in frozen 5kg clear bags to load up into the freezer on delivery day and when a delivery came in a couple of the back of "kitchen" kids would be carting boxes and boxes of them to the walk in freezer. Still pretty okay eating from there which is unusual for a fast food place, the bean burgers were always pretty good. Don't know if they still sell it but the mushroom swiss was janky as fuck, not ever gonna eat that.
Ahh man I wish I could eat fast food on a regular basis like this, but as soon as I eat a burger I seem to put on several pounds and my face bloats up, gotta try and stay in shape 😭
The prices for BK in the UK are horrible. I'm surprised they are still open, Every time I go past one BK is always empty! To all the people in charge of Burger King please drop your prices no wonder McDonald's is always clear.

Try a scotch egg - traditional british dish. (You can get them for pretty cheap from most shops)
Never get cheap ones. Get them from M&S. They have the runny yolk (their gastro range) and you warm them in the oven
