Chris and Ben are the songs together always have ,everyone goes the singer all the credit when guitar players re almost always writing the music together and alone too…….way more respect is due for them and especially becoming more common is each instrument writes their own take and the band collaborate on the sound so cmon the front man is NOT the band ffs

i couldn't agree more. Another 6 string shredder is Malcolm Pugh.
Those people never really knew and understand the concept of what a 6 strings can do. There are endless ways to write a total badass savage songs and will always be, on a 6 strings in this present modern era and in coming future times aswell.
I know and see a hell loads of pple getting varieties of 7 strings guitars thinking/assuming that it will/can make them able to play, write something more phenomenal for this present modern day prog metals. And that's never correct unless we master or knows the concept to approach writing songs on 6 strings guitars.
@@aaron5443 That's like saying you can't understand the full capabilities of a six string before understanding a bass. They're essentially different instruments, so the approach you take to them is slightly different. You can't think of a 7 string guitar like a 6 string with an extra string, you have to think of it as a 7 string guitar.

It looks like he’s playing most of the song with only upstrokes lol. I know it’s because the way he holds the pick for tremolo picking, but it still looks funny to me
It's actually b/c it is lol. Look closely. Most of the single strokes are upstrokes.
I can sympathize. It’s easier for me to play riffs and breakdowns using a lot of upstrokes.

Since All These Songs Were All Played On a 6 String Guitar I Played All These On a 7 String The Most Hardest Songs Were (The Return,The Horror Within,The Prophets Beckoning,The Great Schism.) All The Others Were Easy Somewhat But I Enjoy Playing Through This Album Hopes For A New Single This Year.
