This comment made my night!! So sorry for the late reply 😭 I appreciate your support and all the love 💕 hahaha the sweet potato & brown sugar was honestly so good!! It smelled just like it 😍
I'm new to candle making just received my candle kit from candle science i was so nervous at first but I'll get use to it eventually. Came across your video love the car diffuser line its very interesting. Will be trying it . I'm just taking notes and setting up my cart for a huge order 🙉 From Saint Maarten by the way 😇
I also can’t wait to try the Filipino candles ! I love a similar Japanese treat called Banana Spring rolls and they’re amazing!!! I hope they turn out wonderfully!
Hi! Im a filipino too from Canada! I love watching your videos. I've been testing 464 for 4 months now and I still can't get a decent HT. I've been curing them for 3 weeks 10% FO, heating at 185, FO at 175 and pouring at 135. I dont know what im doing wrong. Wish you offer a virtual candle making class!!!
Love watching all your presentations! If I'm making auto diffusers can I use fractionated coconut oil instead of a diffuser base? Thanks so much for your assistance.
Hi Cynthia! I’ve actually never heard of fractionated coconut oil until your comment! I’m not sure if that would work or not honestly.. if it’s a thick base then I’m not sure how well it would work defusing through the wood!
Hi Marie- Question, with the car diffusers at vendor events, how do you handle samples or testers? I have been just leaving samples on the table, but I find they get really messy and people try and unscrew the wood caps and get oil on themselves.
I love learning from your channel! 🙂What size are your dough bowls and what wick are you using? I have been trying to figure out size with a wooden wick😫
Hi again! I bought a Reed diffuser from Natures Garden for my glass diffusers. I also bought 10 fragrance oils from the same company, the problem is they smell so " water logged"😖 What companies do you use for your fragrances? I also bought many sets from Amazon but I had to return all of them for the same reason. Any assistance would be so appreciated. I thank you once again.
heyy! i just discovered you on youtube and i’m watching all of ur videos rn! i love what you do❤️ i’m a college student and i’ve watched dozens of videos about candle making since the last 2 years. i want to be financially independently and pay for my tuition. i’m doing alot of research about the tools and supplies i need locally i even saved almost $1000 for it, but still have the fear inside of me that i wont be able to manage between university and candle making. i want to start it as a part time (at least 2-3 hours per day) until i graduate in 3 years. i really need a push from someone as my parents think that managing a small business and my studies is highly risky and that’s making me feel unmotivated. any advice please ?
Hello there! First of all I appreciate you taking the time to watch my videos 🥺 that means a whole lot to me. Watching videos for the last two years and still being interested in candle-making now must really mean its something you’re meant to do❤️ that’s so awesome that you saved up for it!! Honestly $1000 can get you in buying supplies, especially if you’re just starting out. Have you bought any supplies yet? I’ve met a ton of business owners who are able to balance out their 9-5, having kids, and side projects while having a side business (a lot are in candle making and a lot in other crafts) so I believe it’s totally doable! You just have to really want it and spend your hours in your day wisely. 2-3 hours a day for just starting out is really good! I get a lot done in just a few hours of the day lol. Being consistent every day with that will help a bunch.
I’m sorry your parents are making you feel unmotivated, I’m sure they just want what’s best for you, but maybe you can just TRY to spend a little time a day working on candle stuff when you can (after taking care of your studies of course) and see how it pans out. Even working on it a few hours out of the week would be a good start honestly.
How long did you test & research? I am just getting started. Haven't launched yet. Have posted some test melts & candles & mentioned I am opening up my own line. I have been in customer service 28+ years and comfortable but my candle line makes me nervous!
Hi Jacquie! Big congratulations on starting your candle biz!! I actually tested for a few months until I was comfortable to open and I announced my shop I think the week I planned on opening? I used a lotttt of different wick sizes to test which took me a while. Also I think mentioning it beforehand is great, that way your friends/family/followers can look forward to it!
Hello! I make them myself ☺️ I buy blank labels from Avery and then design them on Canva.com.. and then I can print them through averys templates at home! I can still definitely make a video on this, good idea!
Hiii! So i got these for them: www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07K2SJV5H/ref=ppx_yo_mob_b_track_package_o0_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1 But they ended up being SUPER tiny, so I just ended up using sticking two Avery 1” stickers back to back on the tag if that makes sense lol
Soy 10 is super buttery, smooth, and ALWAYS gave me smooth tops even after burning it (all the way down to the bottom). Since it was getting harder for me to buy, I just started combining a little of it with 464 and it gave me the same results! I miss soy 10 🥺 lol

I Appreciate your video.. it was nice to be able to hear what wick goes with what jar... how much is the 45 lb wax and what kind of wax is it

Love it
Thank you!! 💕
Heyy! I’m a new subscriber 🤗 love your videos! What size are your clam shell labels?
I love learning from your channel! 🙂What size are your dough bowls and what wick are you using? I have been trying to figure out size with a wooden wick😫
Thank you for sharing!! Do you use just 464 for your wax melts as well
I use 494 wax for wax melts 😀
Great video! Are the flowers and gold flakes tinting the color in your car diffusers or do you add a tint to the oil? Congratulations on your growth!!
Thank you so so much Joelle ❤️ I don’t add any tint or color, so yes it is from the gold flakes and dried flowers ☺️

Hello! I make them myself ☺️ I buy blank labels from Avery and then design them on Canva.com.. and then I can print them through averys templates at home!
I can still definitely make a video on this, good idea!
@@marieharriet Hi, what size are your labels?
What size labels do you use for the 8oz & 3oz tins?
Can you use almond oil as a diffuser base
ccan you please share the wicks you use on the tins
Do you use the same wax for you melts as you do for candles
YES I do. I used to not (I used to use wax melt wax from candle science but they discontinued it) but I found 464 wax still works.
please can you do an organization video for your studio pleeeeease
do you pock a hole in the car diffusers?
Where do you get the tags for the car diffusers?
Hiii! So i got these for them:
www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07K2SJV5H/ref=ppx_yo_mob_b_track_package_o0_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1
But they ended up being SUPER tiny, so I just ended up using sticking two Avery 1” stickers back to back on the tag if that makes sense lol
How do deal with the shipping cost from candle science??
Hey Danyel! Sigh I know, it can get crazy. I honestly just deal with it lol and include it in my material costs. 💔
Quick question - what was your reasoning on combining 464 with soy 10, instead of just using soy 10 on its own?
Soy 10 is super buttery, smooth, and ALWAYS gave me smooth tops even after burning it (all the way down to the bottom). Since it was getting harder for me to buy, I just started combining a little of it with 464 and it gave me the same results! I miss soy 10 🥺 lol
@@marieharriet oh gotcha! So it’s to make it last longer! Smart!
Why did you blend the wax
