You actually made a good point that I found very interesting . You wanted to show us how you’re starting this from the beginning, very nice I really really like this idea and very humble of you. Leading by example, GO GIRL!!
I love these type of videos. I think we all want to eventually have a office/warehouse space. but it's good seeing the beginnings and realness of the work. Maybe I'll start a channel..one day
I love watching your videos while I work on my own stock 😅 I watched your pop up shop video first & it’s helped me prepare for my first pop up shop ☺️ can’t wait to see you blow tf up ✨
Gotta love humble beginnings. I'm a new candle maker hoping to launch my business soon. I'll be working out of my garage for now, so it's nice for me to see how you utilize the little space that you do have and how you're making the most of it! Thanks for sharing!
I love your video ' I'm a Beginner in candle making and during the experiment phase , hoping to start my business when I'm ready " Would really love if you do a video about the best scents from candlescince after burn ' Good luck 💛
Just found your channel trying to find someone to watch while i make 😂, and omg I love how you said, your just filming it before the big setup.. fr we all have to start somewhere.. I literally use my room and it’s not that big. And when you said Burbank I was like wait a second 😂 that’s down the block, aaandd panorama city that’s crazy.. Gonna check out your new vids too 🌋🙏🏽 but yes this was def a good video I love hearing the journey, we all have one, moving out here
Your comments are the best!! Lol thank you sooo so much for being here! 😊 yess I was in Burbank and LA a lot and now I’m just an hour away! We’re practically neighbors. 😂😂
Oh my gawd! Thank you for sharing! I have been doing 1 at a time with my candles and I have been thinking I need to speed up my time. This is so much easier!! 🥰
Sorry I know I’m late! But I just rewatch old videos because I really enjoy your videos and you don’t post videos as often lol. So for you working out of your lil studio/shed or the ones who work out of their garages do you guys live in hot areas? I’m in California and live smack dab in the middle of valley! So it gets really hot! So do you guys have air conditioning or deal with triple digit heat? I’m working out of my kitchen but would love to work in my garage or somewhere easier than where we eat lol but my space is very limited. 😊😊
Awww you’re so humble! You’re business will continue to do amazing. Serious question that I can’t find anywhere, how do you cure candles in a small space without getting lint in them?
I recently discovered you and Love your videos!! You make me want to improve my game. I have an Apothecary and make and sell candles myself- along with bath products and all kinds of self care stuffs. I've struggled with candles - because I have so many irons in the fire it's hard to experiment to really prefect each one. (plus its really expensive) My Tin soy candles have been my staple- they work well so I've just kind of stayed with it- too many expensive failed experiments. Maybe I'll finally do more glass candles- I had history of them breaking in transit- do you ever get that problem? Where might I ask do you get that brown paper that you wrap them for shipment? It was in one of your videos. i go through allot of bubble wrap- that seems more eco friendly. Thanks in advance!
What I’ve noticed with small businesses when making candles , they don’t measure the wax and fragrance oils that go into the jar. I don’t understand it because if you free pour like that it will cause your candles to not have the same level of scent. I found so far that’s its better to measure EVERYTHING specifically because some states require you to count your inventory by the oz
Oh yes that’s why I make sure to measure everything, from wax to fragrance. It is shocking that some people don’t measure, I actually thought most candle makers would know to do that 🤨
Hi! Thank u 4 ur vlogs. I really appreciate it 🙏 question, after u pour ur candle wax, how much time do u wait b4 u start hot blowing over, do u wait until 24 hours after?
Hi, where do you buy all the supplies from. I m beginning to making candles bought some supplies through Amazon very expensive. How did you start selling through social media ? I just don’t know how to start. Please help.
Love the video! Question on wax...do you find that the wax you use gives you smooth tops after burning? I’m having issues finding a soy wax that’s smooth from beginning and after each burn.
Thank you so much! So when I use only 464 wax, it isn’t smooth after they burn and I think that’s normal with all natural soy wax. I used to use a blend of Soy 10 (from calcandlesupply.com) and 464 wax (Candle Science) and that would always give me smooth tops after burning, all the way to the bottom! I would do 30% Soy 10 and the rest, 464. The reason I stopped is because Soy 10 is always out of stock and I was tired of stressing about it lol
Hello! I’m Filipino too kamusta? I started my candle business like 7 months ago using 6006 and I just switched to 464 but for some reason I’m having hard time getting the HT. Can u pls advice. I do pre heat to 185 add fo pour 160 and how long do you cure them? Before testing. Thanks in advance
Hi! With 464 wax, I pour at 150 degrees. Most of the time I get smooth tops, but it depends on the fragrance oil I’m using and the container. So in my 8 oz tins, I 90% get smooth tops and if I don’t, I just pour a thin layer on top and that usually helps. In my bigger/taller containers I don’t always get smooth tops so I pour about 3/4 of the wax, let it cool down, and then pour the rest! I used to buy Soy 10 and mixed it with my 464 and that would always give me creamy smooth results!
I am still in the beginning of my candle making. My son and I hope and pray we can start the business in September, fall time
I’m responding to this late 😞 but it happens to be September!! Were you and your son able to start? 😊

How do I get the raw wax material as well as the silicone molds, thank you

www.etsy.com/listing/881534415
The egg shell is great lol np
😆😆😆❤️
I use a blue plastic bowl for scooping my wax, I get it 😂
What is the best wick do you suggest to use in soy candles??
464 is a soy wax, and wick size depends on the jar size and fragrance oil.
Hi can you use eco 8 with Parasoy
Did you get smooth tops I 1 pour? Please tell me how I am struggling big time!! What wax is this and what temperatures do you poor?

I envy you for not dropping anything throughout the video. Btw im also plnning to start a candle business and i hope i can start it soon. 💓
What is the burn time for your 3oz jars?
20-30 hours 👍🏽
Can someone tells me from where i buy these fragrance oils ! link it , please.
Candle science
How can i contact you for wholesale?
Hello! Please email greenvalleymade@gmail.com ☺️
Nice video but you should think more about safety 😶 (the vacuum on the floor)
You’re right 😭🙏🏽
You shouldn't ever cover the pot with a lid because of steam from wax getting hot. And water getting into wax.. 😬
Steam is water as a gas
hhhah how do you put your camera to record the video.😂😂 I guess you put it on the forehead.
Oh I see this at the beginning
