Chicken is still one of the cheapest proteins to cook, and going back to recreate some old favourite dishes using charcoal is always fun.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

¼ teaspoon of kosher salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of panko crumbs
½ cup of plain flour
2 eggs
Garlic Butter Ingredients:
100 grams (3.5oz) of softened unsalted butter
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon of Kosher salt

It's all I've got at my new house and it's a finicky bit of quip. Had some good results tho. But watching the expert use it would be great.
looking the goods when I make mine, I mix the butter and garlic with some cream cheese just for a thinker center have you ever tried it
also, when I was chefing I made a few different one's sweet chili cream cheese and spinach or garlic cream cheese triple smoked have and seeded mustard
