5:25 This is a commercial song for an energy drink called Regain, which was popular in Japan about 35 years ago. If you search you can find a UA-cam video. Although it's a fairly old commercial, the line "Can you fight 24 hours a day?" is now criticized for encouraging overwork. And this mantis shrimp alien is also forced to overwork too.
What' the song aliens are singing? "Regain?" (Ep 09) : ua-cam.com/video/vc_J8uBRSwk/v-deo.html 6:30 : the first episode of the Manga/Anime : Zombie 100 ~Zombie ni Naru Made ni Shitai 100 no Koto~ AKA "Bucket list of the dead"
The punching alien sings two different songs as he's fighting, the first one is an old Abba song and after he gets transformed into more like a mantis shrimp he's singing an old energy drink commercial jingle from like the 80s. They basically are doing 2 cours, the second cour is in July although they are calling it season 2 in the trailer. It's honestly really more like a part two of season 1. Definitely looking forward to the next part because it's the first long arc before the longest arc of the series starts. Hopefully they can make another 24 episodes in 2026 since there's plenty of manga chapters. We're already about 180 chapters and barely covered 34 chapters by the end of episode 12.
You know what I'm gotta admit I think that I like Acrobatic Silky powers better than Turbo Granny powers like in the grand scheme of the story they seem more useful so far.
@mray4784 What, no, it doesn't. They made Seiko's clothes more revealing in the anime, and every fan service scene like a panel or 2 in the manga and it goes on for a while in the anime.
@@Junkdenate You're right--they definitely linger on it longer in the anime. There's not much in general, especially after this season but what is there, the anime focuses more time on it. There aren't a lot of gratuitous shots though, since they don't exist in the manga either. Characters can be in their underwear but the art (and now) camera doesn't really go out of its way to be extra.
I still can't stop laughing at the sight of Aira running like that one titan Mikasa kills in Attack on Titan 😂😂

Honestly, yeah.
The guy is singing a Japanese drink commercial that was really popular
13:25 They explained it in the first episode.
Yeahhhh, 10 weeks and lots of anime watching means we forget some of those things 😭
@@T_K_Ohhh That's okay much respect to the grind. I was just answering the question! :)
Appreciate you for that! 👊 😎
So, not to spoil anything, but the plot doesn't really take off until after the first arc.
Well then we have more to look forward to!
The manga has less fan service
The manga has more fanservice LOL
