Back when I was young and had long hair, I found it kind of amazing how me and my sister used a thousand hair pins to do our buns when we first started, and by the end -- we were down to only needing 4.
A lot of it is due to hair texture too, with very fine slick hair it just won't hold easily but yeah the longer you work with your hair the easier it gets to manage 😊
Love your videos 😍💕 I love the Edwardian hairstyles and clothing gorgeous. I always dressed like that since I was a little girl but never knew that was the style until resently. I do get the stares and whatnot but don't care. I mostly do the long skirt and blouses for my casual look. I do love vintage style too. I love the 1890's to 1950's are my favorite periods to go eat inspiration for clothing, hairstyles, and even furniture and decorations for the house. My family also love vintage too. Love relaxing and calming your videos are🤗💕
On the topic of books, did you ever read Jean M. Auel's book, Clan of the Cave Bear and its sequels? I feel like we have similar taste in books and you might like it too.
Lovely shirtwaist - is that a self draft or pattern? I keep thinking about growing my hair to make doing historical costuming easier (I have an Eton crop) but every time I try I think of the daily upkeep and go back to my wigs! Yours is magnificent - definitely fairytale length 😍
Unless I'm doing a voiceover my scripts are more like guidelines at the best of times 😂😂😂 but yeah it was fun to just talk both in this and in the 100 years of hair though there atleast I tried to stay on topic 😅🤣
"over optimist about our skills and time'' is my religion lol
Great video. Fantastic communicator🙂

No I haven't. I'm currently reading Philippa Gregory's tudor series but after that I'll check it out.

I absolutely love your hair brush is it vintage? I’d love to know where to get one if that’s even possible
It's vintage yes. I got it as a present along with a matching mirror. If you want one I'd start with antique malls and ebay. 😊
Great Q&A. It was fun to see you speaking unscripted.
