My two fav triathlon channels are so different... That Triathlon Life: Dog fetching frisbee, making coffee with scenic rides and runs Heather Jackson: Suffering, Sweating, Puking gut fest TTL is like the beginning of my workout and Heather’s is like the end...
These are great....really! The videos are kinda raw,...in a great way, well made, and so compelling.....makes me want to pedal or run while I'm sitting in my compression boots....LOL! Thankyou for sharing...!
Way to push Heather. It really makes me want to train and push hard. A serious inspiration that I will use when I'm tired or lazy. Thanks for sharing this, it's gold!
Love, love, love your smile. After all that, you're still smiling at the end of such a vicious training session. Learning so much. Don't have a coach so watch and read a lot. You rock. Kick ass in Tulsa! Thank you for sharing.
Again so nice to see the real side of training hard! Some ppl just show numbers and seemed it was painless an easy, you are showing the real thing!! Can’t wait to see you action in Tulsa!!!
I’ve been an HJ fan since podium in Kona. Such a hard worker, such an animal in the sessions yet so seemingly kind hearted even after years of ripping others hearts out there on the course! Go get ‘em!!!!!
Wow, you are so inspiring & amazing! I'm old & trying for my first 70.3-Boulder last yr cancelled so going for it this year. Love to see how hard you push, I have such a tough time getting out of my comfort zone. Thank you so much for sharing!
@Big Chief 💪🏻 thank you so much for watching! The Canadian Rocket races ITU short course so only did a portion of the workout....she's focused in on the Olympic Games 🙌🏻
@Marjo Laurinolli on the E118 vs. the E119 for me as a smaller athlete the E118 is a bit lighter and in my size XS has a lower stack height, which in my case allows me to get into a more aggressive position. The new E119 Disc is an amazing bike as well with a ton on new features that put this bike top in its class. 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Another freaking awesome video. I don't know the rules, but can you post the songs in the video? Trying to build a better training playlist. Good Luck in Tulsa!
Subscrited! You are Amazing! It Is incredibile what you do. You are so much inspiring! ❤️🙏 In the video we can see that while you was training, you watched Lionel's race. Why? What do you think about him? Could be great some videos together: you and Lionel Sanders, It could be a great collaboration and parternship. I look forward to watching the documentary by PTO! 💪💪
@Himalaya Thank you so much for subscribing 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I watch Lionel because he is inspiring and truly shows people that there really are no limits to what we can do 💪🏻💪🏻

I managed to do intervals in the morning and did run in the afternoon so this counts as two sessions?(back to work and try to fit 5 sessions in ,,,,,is it ok to do this two days together making 4 sessions ?
@Bob Bob a key bike in the morning followed by a key run in the afternoon is awesome! When you are balancing training and work less is more, in other words trying to do too much is actually detrimental. Its better to do less but keep up the quality and consistency. Keep in mind that triathlon is my job so I'm recovering between sessions. I'm inspired by age groupers like yourself that manage to fit in training + work + life.....now that is inspiring 🙏🏼
@@heatherjacksonracing what do u mean by key ,is it say one high intensity and a steady state later on .incidentally I have started skipping since January and making good progress
@M R I prefer music and the metal suffering while visualizing the race that I'm training for. I do use Zwift depending on the workout, but the super intense sessions I prefer to be in the moment in my own head. Thanks for watching 🙏🏼
