Utter click bait. You should be ashamed of yourself. The lady in the thumbnail waited her turn and was completely gentle with the beautiful horse who didn’t seem to mind at all.
WELL THIS VIDEO WAS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

This is pure animal abuse. Horses aren´t made for standing still solo for hours let alone for being touched out of the blue by strangers that look , ie small ears and eyes close together, move, ie on their hind leggs like an attacking bear or wolf, and smell like carnivorous predators. Horses´ natural behaviour consists of roaming and grazing for the most part of the day with the herd scanning the surroundings continuously for danger. Please stop this antiquated abuse all together. For a people that claims to be proud of their love for their horses, this abuse is hypocrasy at the top level. Exactly like abandonning war horses on the battle field polluted by bombs and landmines, left to fend for them selves after the ´Great War´, because that was cheaper then bringing them back home.
Rubbish! They are well loved and get only the best. If you know about the special ligaments horses have that allow then to sleep standing up, one hour on and then rested is nothing. They are ridden in London and so are used to the traffic and the people. Tourists petting them is love, they wouldn't be allowed to touch them if it was cruel. A horse will soon let you know if it doesn't like being touched. So many horse owners ride their horses once a day and then back into a box where there is no stimulation. 23 hours in a stable is hardly natural. They are herd animals and like to be with their own. These horses are working horses.
The horses are on duty for 1 hour, and are among the most pampered in the world. You just sound silly.😂
