I have a Kenmore, same like in your video, I got it into diagnostic mode, error code is F8, it won't fill with water, do you have any videos on this problem for that washer? Thanks
Good troubleshooting tips. But, my wash light was on and not washing. I rapidly pressed Start button 3 times, and repeated twice. Machine went into wash mode.
I may be having the same issue but don't know how to resolve it. It fills, washes, drains, but then never spins and just gets stuck with the wash light on. I can set it to drain and spin and it will do that, then I have to run a rinse and spin cycle to actually rinse the clothes. No error codes. I unfortunately replaced the main board thinking that was the issue but it wasn't.

I found the manual inside & tried the diagnostic. None of the lights turn on. I triee 4 different times. Tried unplugging it. Lights still wont come on. Please help 🙏🏼 i dont want to buy new washers yet.
I have another question for my direct drive washer whirlpool. As I was pulling out the transmission a bronze shear pin fell out. Where does that go? Thank you

Yes that is in my todo list. Probably will be on the GE as they are more popular

That is just a shipping pin used to hold the basket from getting damaged during shipping. You can toss it
